Went to Midas today for an oil change and had the honor of being taken care of by Coldwell. He took my call earlier and answered my questions patiently and politely and scheduled me for an appointment. When I arrived he took my keys confirmed that the work would be covered (it was for my work car) and got me in and out very quickly and my car is running smoothly. Will be returning with my personal car because of the care he took with me today. Your diligence and kindness are much appreciated, Coldwell. Keep up the great work!

Went here for my oil change. Place was clean and nice. Caldwell was personable, kind, and explained everything thoroughly. I liked how Caldwell told me the price beforehand before I even had to ask. Also, I liked how Midas honored the coupon. The oil change was much faster than the time estimated, which was great! Would recommend!

They’re a little pricey, but I have never felt like they’ve pushed anything I didn’t need or tried to upsell nonsense services like muffler bearing flushes and blinker switch fluids replacments, which is aggravates me the most at every other shop. They always take me right away and get everything done in a reasonable amount of time. I believe these guys are very honest and I’ve never felt like they’ve screwed me. I do most work on my vehicles my self but when I can’t get to it I like these guys a lot.

Brought in my Ram 1500 for an exhaust issue. Spoke to Mike and asked when he could get me in and he was able to get me in that day. Caldwell had the problem fixed within a hour or so and for a price that was very, very fair. Great guys with an obvious pride of ownership and a sincere desire to keep their customers satisfied. Great group of mechanics. Caldwell helped with some custom exhaust work for my project car and it came out great. Don also quickly provided a hand with various loose ends to help get my car closer to being ready to drive. Highly recommend these guys, I will definitely be back.

Great team, easy appointment-making, fine job done on my brakes. They encountered a lot of rust and corrosion in my 2010 Scion, and in spite of that, Midas repaired my brakes perfectly.

Mike's Customer service abilities are amazing. Mike assured me that I was on good hands, he explained every step and why it needed to be done. As a widow knowing nothing about the mechanics of a vehicle except for much needed care of my car to keep my car in top shape like oil changes etc. Midas you have a great man here! Need more like him, he cares about his customers! Midas any future work that I need on my car, 5 stars running for Mike!!!

We brought our newly purchased high mileage Mazda CX9 from carvana in to this location for covered repairs - they are a silver rock warranty shop. But I'll be coming to them from now on anyway! Mike and Caldwell were absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to thoroughly LOOK at the car outside of the repairs and took the time to really discuss everything with me. They were incredibly kind and didn't talk down to me (which let's be real, a young woman in a car shop) they're both not old enough to be my dad, but I felt taken care of in the same way. Will be returning for future services and recommending across the board. Thank you guys!

All good, they did what I expected. Replaced original loud muffler with something quieter. A bit more expensive than I was expecting, but the result is exactly what I wanted. Very pleasant to deal with.

Do your future car repairs at Town Fair tire on Newtown Road in Danbury. I shopped around for a full brake job, pads and rotors, front and back. It costs $650 at Town Fair Tire. Other local shops were $850, $1200 and $1450 at Midas on Main Street, Danbury!!! I wish I knew that a long time ago. Live and learn.
