Midas is great, I always take my car there for repairs because they’re honest, they explain everything and answer all my questions and they’re extremely accommodating. I can always get my car in and it’s always done quickly and with quality work.

I went to Henderson middas for a check engine light, they charged me 2,300$ to not fix my truck, and attempted to charge me 1,400$ more to keep working on it to see if they could find the problem. Avoid this location.

Produced an estimate of $4600 which oddly was close to accurate. They did however miss a fist size rust hole in my subframe / engine cradle that would be a fatal flaw . Glad I took it to my usual mechanic who let me stick my arm in said hole . I wouldn’t recommend them for anything

Updating my review after returning. Glad to see they are improving their model! Now provide detailed photography with captions to provide you with as much info as possible. Helps overcome the anxiety of a knowledge gap. Thanks Midas for keeping me safe on the road.

Do not buy tires or do ANY types of car repairs at midas on henderson rd. Columbus ohio. Shop around. those guys who work at that midas will over charge you.guys who work at that midas Brian and Damian will over charge you and PRESSURE you and tell there are no deals out there beware yall.
