I went for Oil filter cap replacement and Midas Technician broke the Splash Shield of Lexus RX 350. After replacing the Oil Filter CAP, Midas technician forgot to screw in one of the bolts of Splash shield. Hence, after driving 200 meters, the splash shield fell and broke a piece. I immediately returned to the workshop and the technician screw back in the bolt. But the Splash shield is already broken. As a kind person , I offered to split the cost of parts to the workshop manager Mr. Derrick. Mr Derrick quotes me $319 to be split to fix the Splash shield for Midas technician error. More interestingly Lexus has quoted me only $199.36 for the part RX350 Splash shield (part # 51441-0E120 right hand side only. I hope Midas and franchise owner can still resolve it with a reasonable price and not lose a customer.

Walking into the shop, I was greeted by Hartley, who is very inviting and friendly. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding my vehicle and the issues that it may be having, before it even went back to be worked on. Any questions I had she knew the answer to or had suggestions. As for my car, they made sure everything was running properly before I got it back and it’s running beautifully!! I will continue going back for any others concerns I have regarding my vehicle. Thank y’all so much!

I called them first thing in the morning and they were super polite and friendly. They saw me right away and didn’t try to push anything off on me that I didn’t need or really couldn’t afford. They did exactly what I asked and even tried their best to help me with waving fees and stuff because I have a very old car that may die any day!! I highly recommend this Midas on harbison Boulevard!! I will be back!

back in july i had a repair done on my honda civic for a tension pulley & bolts. easy enough right? wrong. when i picked my car up after two days at the shop, my center console (where the keys were left) was RIPPED OFF. all the change inside that center console is GONE. my documents & everything were opened, ransacked and all in all trash. at first i gave this place benefit of the doubt til i found my apple watch, BROKEN, on the ground. and if it was someone random who went in the car, that apple watch wouldn't have been seen again. and now, today, my same honda civic, is potentially completely broken since this auto shop tightened one of the tension bolts too tights and it exploded into my engine bay and ruined my water pump. wanna save four grand? don't consider this place!!

I always go here for oil changes. They’ve always been honest with what needs replacing. I’ve never felt cheated. Today my engine light was on. Of course I was in a panic all morning at work wondering what was wrong and how much it would cost me. I called and they got me in immediately. They could have easily told me a million things but they let me know it was only my battery. Again I panicked because now I have to charge more money after the holidays. They worked with me on a price I could work with. The guys are ALWAYS honest and treat their customers with respect. Just hearing them talk to other customers they are great!!!! Please bring your business here!!!!

Friendly environment, fast service with a smile! Hartley was very nice and knowledgeable. Everyone that works at this location was very pleasant, the employees seem to happy to be here, even singing in the shop. I had my tire repaired during my lunch break; it took no time at all! This location was awesome! Called after work they got me right in. Andrew and Dereck were excellent customer service representatives. Came in again on 12-14-24 to get a tire plug and as always Andrew and Derrick are the best at what they do. Got me right in and got me patched up. These guys always make you feel welcome. I’ve been coming here since my very first car troubles and the staff was extremely nice and understanding and sympathetic to my situations. I’ve gotten multiple repairs done by them and the problem has been fixed on the first try everytime. It’s to the point where I fully trust them and have full faith in their expertise and advice.
