Our truck they service for change oil unfortunately they did not change the oil filter. Called them complain about it , they say that they changed but I am sure it’s not because of our mark on the filter .

Scott was great. Was professional and courteous as always. He explained service needed and was very respectful. He is also very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Jorge noticed unusual wear on a tire during rotation and also some dry rot on my spare tire. Over and above!

I wanted advise on getting larger tires for my vehicle. They started out very friendly and helpful. They measured the wheel well and recommended a tire. They put the tires on and the technician test drove it and gave it the ok. I got to the intersection of Hardscrabble and Clemson, saw smoke, and smelled burning rubber. I returned to the shop and they confirmed the front tires were rubbing. They suggested I put smaller tires on the front. I left the vehicle there and they said they would call me the next day. When I didn't hear from them, I called them (2pm). They advised I could place two different sizes on the car. They suggested I put my old tires back on or get a new set. I arrived at the shop and requested my old tires be put back on and was told I had to wait until the technician who installed them returned to work. As I expressed my disappointment the shop manager intervened. He told me he would like to have my business and requested I go online and purchase a smaller set of tires, and they would install them. I didn't think this request was reasonable because I didn't have to order the first set online. At my request, they placed my old set of tires back on the car. The shop supervisor stated they would have the old set put back on by the close of business. When I picked the car up I found the glove box opened and a Garmin navigation system (old model) missing. I didn't complain because I haven't used it in years. I do think it's wrong that someone felt the need to steal. Terrible experience.

Outstanding, Friendly, Prompt and courteous are some of the words used to express the fantastic experience at the Midas Hardscrabble location in Columbia South Carolina. Tony and Scott are one of the best parts of Midas. Tony and Scott ensured that I immediately got air placed in all of my tires today (10/15/24), without purchasing any other services. The staff made me feel comfortable despite not needing any paid services at this time. I am highly recommending Midas for your car service needs.

Today was my second visit here and both times the staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick. There was no wait, so the oil change, inspection, and tire patch was done right away. The oil change was less expensive then the 10 minute oil change places. I will be back.

We’ve used this location on multiple occasions and the last experience has truly been a nightmare. We had our vehicle towed to the location, spoke to the store manager and received an outrageous quote! We were told the car was diagnosed, but received NO diagnostic paperwork. To add insult to injury, when I showed to pay for the diagnostic paperwork, our vehicle was outside with the window down, trunk open and hood open. No one was working on the vehicle at the time and no reassurance or explanation was given. This branch has become money hungry and lacks customer service to the fullest. Do not take your vehicles here if you want to be treated with respect.

Experience was great. Scott who is the store manager was super nice and very helpful. Fixed my tire put it back on and checked the air in my spare. Definitely recommend going there for any troubles.

Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable staff and very accommodating, working me in for a quick turnaround on a challenging balance and alignment job. Grateful for Tireman Tim working the phone/front desk and my technician Tony for providing such outstanding work.

My experience with this shop has been atrocious. To start I’ve gone to them several times for different cars and reasons and every time, I’ve had to come back due to one their technicians mistake(s). Usually they took care of it, so it was fine at the time. This last time was different. Had them replace my bearings and they were put in wrong each time. They’ve refused profusely to make a solution even though it was their own mistakes. Spoke to leadership after going through a corporate process after shop was unhelpful and quick to cover their own, and denied speaking to any of their managers. The leadership was just as unhelpful and rude as the employees at this location. If you value your money, property, time, and peace, please stay away from this company. Midas has several complaints about them from multiple of their locations in this area.
