Been skeptical of Midas and related shops but these guys are amazing super nice family oriented and a genuinely helpful staff can’t recommend them enough went out of their way to help me out 20 min before they closed. I found my new oil and tire shop 10/10

The coupon advertised is for 59.99 for a full synthetic oil change but don't fall for that. It was over $85 because of needing 1 extra quart than what the coupon was for. $25 more!

This has been the most unpleasant, uncomfortable and horrible experience I have yet come across. To start off the only reason I came to this Midas location is due to them being an authorized repair shop through my warranty. My car was overheating, this happened out of nowhere. I had my car towed to them to check it out. It turns out my warranty didn’t cover the original invoice which included a diagnosis ($800 ), water outlet replacement, oil change and additional labor. After fixing this original issue , the mechanic next found another issue relating with my oil pan housing and it needed to be replaced. So after finding these 2 main issues, I asked to speak to a manager to get a better understanding. I was then told from the representative that works the desk “ the manager is going to tell you the same thing “ I didn’t feel truly cared for as a customer. My bill had doubled at the point, the diagnostic fee threw me off and I did not receive the customer service I deserved as a paying customer. I then reached out to the district manager because the store manager was out sick and left the shop with a lack of leadership to address my concerns. After approving this next job and patiently waiting I was informed my car is ready to be picked up. I pay my total, get my keys and turn on my car. I see a check engine light on. This light was not on to my knowledge and now it’s a separate issue that never existed before. Upon test driving my vehicle, parts near my engine are now leaking and I received the same message “ engine oil pressure too low , stop vehicle” The manager looked me in my face and told me my car was ready to go and safe to drive knowing I was planning a road trip with my family. Which is a lie. This has been the most unprofessional experience. Don’t trust them with your vehicles, especially European they are not qualified and very unprofessional. Midas will be taking of this issue as this was the original reason I brought in and paid for their bulls*** services. The mechanic was very unpleasant to begin with, I didn’t feel right leaving my car with this crew. They had my car hood and trunk open for the week , including overnight. Everything exposed , they could’ve taken care of my vehicle better. Very unprofessional and The story only got worst , instead of better. Avoid a nightmare situation and take your vehicle elsewhere.

My car was towed here as I got in my car & had no brakes!! Midas got it in that day to fix & it was over a thousand less than I expected it was going to be, based on what I thought was wrong. They've repaired my car & fixed my flat tires on several occasions. Seems like I've found a convenient new home for my car repairs.

They do a good job. Also there are plenty of places to eat and hang out at while they do the work on your vehicle.
