I wanted to give a huge thank you to Cheryl and her team at this location! It's hard to find places you can trust and are extremely efficient but they provide just that. Cheryl always does her best to find the best deal for the service needed and has been such a blessing to work with. The whole team are kind and great at what they do. 100% recommend going to this location for any work needed for your vehicle!

I would give this store less than one star if it was an option. My little girl took her car there to see if she could get a front end alignment after smacking a curb during the last snow storm we had and they tried to gouge her for $4000.00 in a bunch of unnecessary repairs. When I got and rigorously inspected everything all that was really wrong was a bent inner tie rod. $37 + a $60 alignment. These guys are shisters.😡

So I had some work done on my GMC when I met Casey,it's pretty obvious she take spare enjoyment of her jib,she professional, kind and has mechanical dexterity. Thank you Casey for taking care of my auto needs in a very timely manner and the price,well that was just as great,thank you and midas she's a keeper, il definitely be coming back ,thanks again Casey and team midas.

I have come here several times for help since this shop is right by my house. Everyone is always polite and knowledgeable, they also have incredibly fast turn around times and have saved my bacon without an appointment. Cheryl and Casey got me taken care of and took a ton of stress off my shoulders.

Still the best auto repair shop in Colorado Springs. This time they corrected a mess which an "instant oil change" shop created on my son's car, and they did the repairs honestly and at the lowest price.

We needed the oil changed on our 2007 Sienna. The speed and efficiency from Casey and Cheryl in the office, was refreshing from other service locations and personnel we have encountered in the past. The work place was efficient. The technicians knowledgeable. The staff more than courteous! Highly recommend this team.

I went in looking for a simple oil change and ended up with a whopping 175.00 bill. They supposedly did some big check but all my tires still needed air and the alarm was still on. My air cleaner box was open and I had to ask to help get it closed. Like everything that was supposed to be done I'm concerned it wasn't. I waited over two hours. The only great thing was the lady that helped. She was super nice. I guess only to get my upgraded oil change. The last two oil changes here in the springs have been this experience and not satisfactory. Midas in Denver was 59.00! I'm elderly and on a fixed income and I'm absolutely sure I was overcharged yet again
