I took my car in for an oil change and found out my front struts were shot and needed to be replaced. I couldn't afford the initial estimate, but Eric worked with me until we got the price down to something I could cover. I'm really grateful to him for that because otherwise I'd be stranded right now. He was really friendly and flexible and seemed to genuinely care. My car drives much better now and I appreciate the hard work everyone put in. Thanks!

Eric and Jarrett are great. I've taken both my cars into this Midas and Eric always is honest and transparent. I had a battery issue I thought was this expensive repair. After the technicians looked at it it was just my radio. Simple fix left the shop spending $100 rather than the 1,500 I thought. I can't express this enough this is the most honest shop in all of Colorado springs. Mechanics are knowledgeable and the front desk knows which ones to use on what jobs. Best experience I've had with a automotive shop

Eric and all of the guys in the shop have been a pleasure to work with! They are very up front and honest about any work that is vital to your vehicle. Otherwise, they don't try to sell you anything extra or come up with a bunch of things to work on that weren't an issue in the past. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. They make you feel like family on top of the quality of service they are providing to your vehicle and you. This is one of the most reliable shops I've had work on my vehicle and won't be going anywhere else🤙🏼

So for about the past 2 and a half years I have come to this location. Today Eric and Jarrett has shown me again why I consistently return. They are straight up with you and care about the clients they keep. Yeah no one is ever happy about having to pay large sums to fix things. It’s sucks royally. But they don’t pressure you into doing anything you don’t want or don’t need. I crappily had to pay a total of 800$ for a variety of services. But I know it was worth it with these guys working on it. Thank yall so much.

Wish I could give Midas 6+ stars. It's a long story but I'll be going to Midas from now on, for any repairs I need. The dealership tried to sell me $2,200 dollars more in repair than I needed. Even showed me fake pictures. I went to 2 different places to get the truth. The FIRST was VALVOLINE, on Rangewood and Woodmen, and they were helpful in confirming the dealership was blowing smoke. The dealership said I needed new CVT fluid, I did not. I got it less than a year ago, as Valvoline showed on my paperwork. The SECOND, was MIDAS where Riley, showed me almost everything the dealership claiming I needed, was nonsense. Riley disproved almost everything they, even showed me the parts they said I needed, and their condition, with my own eyes, and stated the parts would be covered if they in fact needed to be repaired(sense I got the work done there previously). But they didn't need to be. He did spot the one thing I did need and showed me, that was my my gearbox(I think it was called), and showed that it was leaking(very badly), cost about $600. A significant decrease in costs I'd need to spend. Riley was extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating considering I had my kids with me. He even had me in and out in about 20 minutes tops. Got my car on the lift, showed everything, then got me out. I've never been more happy going to a mechanic. This place is an example of hope for all mechanics. They have my future business.

At my next-day oil change appointment, Riley was knowledgeable and kind, the service was timely, and I was informed of issues found without sales pressure to rectify. That said, I recommend and will return to this Midas to have the issued rectified!

I've taken my car here for oil changes and tire rotations a few times now and they always do a great job. They are honest about what your car actually needs - their inspection report with pictures is great - and have reasonable estimates for work to be done. I will definitely keep coming back here for service.

The experience of getting my car serviced was amazing. The staff is very professional, welcoming and honest. Eric was awesome, he printed and emailed the pictures of the inspection and gave me a sheet with a breakdown to the cent of what you are paying for. They're lifetime warranty package on their brakes is one of the best. The team also took time to explain the newer technologies in the vehicles and how they work, very knowledgeable and informative Thanks again to the midas team for taking care of myself and my vehicle.
