I was wowed away with my experience at this Midas. Robert was my technician and you could tell her took a personal interest on my car. Brakes. Shoes, pads,etc. I had a backyard person do it at first and what a mistake. Don't find yourself in the same position. Coming back from Walmart, I glanced over and saw this Midas. I was on the edge of hating the car I first loved, I now am back to loving it. Thanks Robert and Paul. You are the 👌.

It was close to their time to close for the day. In the middle of a snow emergency. And they were so friendly and helpful with my flat tire. Definitely going to use them in the future.

Back in October I went for an wheel alignment, was told they couldn't preform it because of other suspension issues, ok cool.then the manager quotes me $10,000 to fix everything. (Tie rods, ball joints,control arms, rear shocks) not even a full week later my rear control arm snaps, I had to have my vehicle towed, so my brother could fix it only to find out this shop welded a rusty, stripped lug nut on my vehicle. A 1hr at most fix has still not been done. I have missed a lot of work because someone was just that evil to do this. Thank God no one was hurt when the control arm snapped while I was driving. THINKING I WOULD BE A RETUNING CUSTOMER AFTER THIS MESS AND QUOTING ME $10,000 FOR REPAIRERS THAT WOULDN'T COST $1,000 IS INSANE WHY BECAUSE IM A FEMALE, AND YALL THINKING I DONTVKNOW MY WAY AROUND A CAR IS CRAZY!!!!!! I REALLY HOPE THIS BUSINESS NEVER MAKES ANOTHER CENT!!!

The staff were helpful and explained everything in detail as well as showing, not just telling what damage existed and how to correct the problems. They were friendly and managed to get my car fixed and back on the road in an hour -on a Friday afternoon. Kudos guys, keep it up.

First at time going to Midas on east Galbraith rd Paul is very professional and knowledgeable what he do . he has great customer service skills I watch how he treat customers coming in for service . Paul is very kind and friendly Paul create a welcoming atmosphere make you feel at home
