A great experience! I had to hop off the highway and needed immediate help with a wheel well issue that was about to make my car undeiveable. They examined it, fixed it, sent me on my way under and hour and were so helpful and nice. Best experience I could have hoped for.

Midas in Norwood is fantastic! They have helped me so many times and are the first place I think to call. They helped when my car got stuck on a trailer hitch, with tire repairs, new tires etc. they are always so professional and they will always be my first call.

The manager was very helpful, something was dragging under my car and the manager pulled it in within less than 30 minutes and fixed the issue and had me on my way in no time. No Charge! God is good... This location is for the people by the people 💞

I do not give negative reviews, so let me tell you about Xpress Tire and Auto next door. Unlike Midas, the mechanics at Xpress are down to earth, reasonable, timely in getting the work done. I had my car towed to Midas and then paid to have it towed again the two feet over to Xpress, and it was worth it. I am grateful Xpress was able to do the job for half the cost, no games, no haggling, no runaround as with Midas. Xpress hit a snag but kept the cost very reasonable and let me pick the car up after hours. I will definitely be returning for car care at Xpress (right next door to Midas).

I love this midas. They're very nice and efficient. My car been running very well since they fixed it and it was 200 cheaper than other places. Derrick really tries to get you the best deal he can. I can not express enough how much I appreciate this store. They always help me so much especially today!!! Thank you Justin and staff for all your hard work and honesty. I went in for a used car inspection. Went back to get it, pay, get my report. No major issues, great. They bring it down from the lift and suddenly the ignition is locked up. So then they force me to pay to replace it or have it towed home.. while recommending I just get my money back or trade it. Didn't ask for an opinion but sure. They keep it all night, next evening after calling all day. I'm told they replaced battery cables no charge along with key programming. I go back to find my car running in the lot with the casing to my steering wheel in pieces. Fed up I get in and go. Now my original key is not there. It unlocked the doors still. Not noticing I need it I get locked out and have to call AAA. Another trip back for the other key. Sorry, long story short. They either created a problem and made me pay for it. Or did it not solve the problem because it was the cables not the ignition. Thanks guys.

Midas on Smith Road has the best customer service. I have been going there for over eight years to get my car serviced. I’ve had brake service front and rear l, radiator replacement, tire rotations, bulbs replaced it. This is my go to place for auto service.. I’m always satisfied, thank you so much for your service..

Since I accidentally deleted my first review...Midas is: Fast, professional, knowledgeable and understanding, They offer flexible scheduling and outstanding customer service. I have no complaints and was encouraged to come get my tire patched as it was leaking air. Not only was it fixed but also free of charge. As a Veteran I cannot express my gratitude more.

What a joke, My wife paid 2k to get 3 new tires and they were supposed to patch the 4th. They didnt. They were supposed to fix the wiper issue, they didnt. They replaced all the brake pads and rotors supposibly. Car started wobbling and another mechanic said they didnt replace the rotors. Now I need new brake pads already. What an absolute con job.
