First time going here and I had a GREAT experience. Went in for new tires but they let me know about other issues they found, took me back to see the car and showed me exactly what they were talking about and explained my options. Did everything in their power to meet my schedule needs. Robbie at the front desk was so helpful and kind and personable. HIGHLY recommend!

I had a bad experience. They broke a wheel stud and didn’t inform me, assuming I wouldn’t notice. When I got my car back, I discovered the issue and complained. In the end, they replaced the stud but charged me for the labor—over $100 for something that was entirely their mistake.

I am disabled and on fixed income, I went to midas. Trusting, I would receive good service and a warranty. I was charged for a catalytic converter that was never replaced. I have been lied to by 2 different managers conflicting each other about service I have contacted the GM but no response and my car is getting worse, I'm left with no recourse just lies now I have to file a lawsuit against them to get my service. Do not use they are thieves.

Since they seem so eager for reviews, I’ll bite! They did what I needed them to do—a tire rotation and a tire rotation only—but charged me $12 for 4 wheel weights as they were “near the end of their life.” This is a service/scam I would have never agreed to if I was consulted. The same wheel weights could probably be purchased from a wholesaler for near a penny per weight, so $2.99/weight is undeniably an up charge used by Midas to cover their costs at the expense of the customer.

Eric (the GM) took great care of me and made sure my experience was well above just satisfactory. I got a full brake service package and He ran a great crew on an understaffed day and made sure his guys moved with efficiency and displayed professionalism the entire time. Update: this last week I took my car in to get checked due to some noises I hadn’t heard before coming from the brakes, the team didn’t hesitate to assist me and ensure that everything was installed properly. In the end it was just the new break parts (rotors and pads) adjusting to the vehicle. Working with Devin again has been an absolute pleasure and I couldnt be more please with the services I’ve received. Update: it’s been 4 years since my last review, management has changed but they still do great work! And are honest as well as fast.

I dropped my jeep off on Christmas Eve for issues with the car starting. They quoted me over $1600 for a new starter and a pump they said they’d have it done that day. I contacted them before closing to see what was going on they said it was taking a little longer they’d have it done in a few days cool no problem I know they’d things can take longer than expected. I was upset with the lack of communication. It took a week to finish the car with no communication. I went on the 2nd to pick up car after confirming they’d be open at 8am. I arrived at 805 they were not open I waited 10 minutes in the freezing cold no one showed up. I went home went back at 230ish it took over a half hr to bring my car around and now the car is doing the same thing it’s not starting. This place is terrible.

I love it here! I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else! Came in wit a flat tire well I thought they checked me out and got my spare put on very quickly! Super nice! Treated me with great care and educated me on everything that was going on! When you come in ask for Mathew and or Tyler! Cool guys! Great attitudes and positive energy! Took all the stress away from my bad start to a morning! Really app Those two guys!

Matthew was great helping me out with getting my tires changed, very friendly and just all around nice guy. Tyler was great as well, even went to go personally pick up the new tire for my car from the warehouse. Great service and experience overall, would recommend.
