We’ve taken all of our vehicles personal and fleet(for our business) to them for over ten years and the results are always the same. Professional and quick service along with a good story shared! Super helpful. I had gotten a scan prior to going in so we knew exactly what was wrong. And when I suspected that I may have actually caused the damage they were able to confirm that I had not done it. It was really appreciated, they're so nice

Everyone is so friendly and professional here. Got tires and oil change for all of our cars. Quality products and service that you can count on every single time. Got some nails in our tires, they fixed them right up also.

Ron and Todd are the best! I completely trust their expert and honest opinions. I’ve been here several times and have never felt like they are trying to jip me or sell me something I don’t need. They are very knowledgeable and usually know exactly what my car issues are before even looking at it. I just love their friendly and caring attitude…they really treat you like family and that’s why I will keep going back!

Initially, I was disappointed when I arrived at Midas for an oil change. I drove all the way to this location to get an oil change, that they were advertising, and when I walked in, I was told that I needed an appointment. The gentleman behind the counter was very kind and apologized. As I sat in my vehicle attempting to find an oil change location, he approached me and offered to fit me in immediately. His kindness and willingness to accommodate left a lasting impression. Note to future patrons: while appointments are recommended, the exceptional service and genuine care exhibited here make it worth considering this establishment for all your automotive needs. Highly impressed!

Hats off to Midas and the team. Had an issue too big for me to do. Gave a fair quote. Then they ran into a couple of issues and it took a couple of days to figure out instead of the 3 hours it was supposed to take. They stood by the original quote even it took some much more time Great communication through out. And a special shout out to Bruce, he figured out everything and has me on the road to start camping season! Thanks guys.

In the past 4 years they have done a dozen jobs for me; radiator, brakes, front end, tires, water pump etc... Reasonable pricing with comparable results. I will be back.

My mortgage is in Colorado but will always come here to Boise for any car needs even if I have to limp it over! I've brought 2 different vehicles in to this Midas. Both times the gentlemen there were very kind and polite. There was 1 in particular, I believe his name was Ron, that took the time to explain things to me thoroughly and I greatly appreciated that. At no point did I feel like they were trying to swindle me- and as a woman that's a big deal! (Especially after Les Schwab tried to jerk me around) I will definitely trust them with any mechanical work I need done in the future! Can't recommend them enough.

Overall I am happy with the experience. I had my oil changed and my front brakes and rotors replaced. As with everything these days, it was a little spendy for the brakes, however the staff was nice and answered my questions. One thing I think could be better is to have them go over the details of what was done with each job. (What is the process of the oil change and what all gets done: rotate tires, check and replace other fluids, etc) I would have liked to been shown what the rotors looked like since they had to be replaced. But these are just small things that won’t deter me from going back. My car is happy and I felt confident leaving there knowing my car was treated right.

The owners are awesome. When Cadillac dealership couldn't seem to fix the problem, I took my car here and the problem was fixed the moment they looked over it. They knew what needed to be done and it was completely different than what the Cadillac dealership had told me 3x to fix the same issue. Here at this Midas, The employees get your car fixed and problem free within a reasonable time frame! I have not had an issue since! Thank you Midas!

Unfortunately, I have finally hit the old man point in my life when I can’t even trust to pay good money to have something done right. i took my vehicle here. Then I took it again after it was messed up the first time. In their defense they “took a look at it” the second time “for free”. Wasn’t fixed. Turns out, 30min on YouTube and $1.60 worth of o rings myself was the fix. I spent $800 dollars on the work they did. Fixed it for a $1.60
