I arrived at7:30 and manager was on the phone in office . I stood there for quite awhile. Then he came and close the door with acknowledging that I was standing there waiting . I had to leave and return when the lady had arrived at work . She was kind and tried to get me out of there so I could get to work on time. Later same manager called me to tell me about repair for over $900 . When I collect the car the check engine light was still on . All the other suggestion would not have caused light to go on . I figure manager just wanted to make a quota for the day . Disappointed as now I cannot get emission test as “check engine light” light is still there . I only gave 2 stars because if the helpful lady at the front.

Great service, they fixed my brakes and when my tire got a nail in it they kindly took a look and fixed that as well all around solid shop...highly recommend

I thought I would give them another try after they tried to quote me struts for a car that did not have struts. Really need to be knowledgeable when dealing with this establishment and location. This is my personal experience!!!!

always friendly and service delivered in the time promised. I like that the location is walking distance from Geisslers, the library and Filley Pond Park. 2024 update - my visit for emissions today was fast, in and out! Thank you Debbie and Neal. It is appreciated.

I was in and out in a short period of time. They ordered a special filter which arrived almost immediately. The customer service was excellent. I am pleased!

As a out-of-towner, I brought in my old beater car with an abrupt exhaust leak, hoping for a quick fix - they informed me that a lot of the exhaust parts had rusted out and needed to be replaced. They also realized my brakes were in bad shape and needed new pads and rotors - they threw in new calipers for free because of all the unexpected work that was needed. Never a good feeling to get hit with a bill unexpectedly, but they were very nice and communicative, kept the prices down where they could, and finished everything within a few hours.

Went in for an oil change and found out I needed brakes (badly) Got a quote and checked it out. It was clearly less expensive than the competition. Made an appointment the next day and the car was back on the road. Staff was great, Debbie is extremely helpful.
