This place was great. Had a battery replaced and was in and out in less than :30. Then I realized I had left my bag, and they grabbed it for me. Collins and these guys are incredibly nice and super efficient. Highly recommend!

AZ roadside assistance, got me to the Midas when another shop said they couldn’t look at it after I called them. He brought me to the Midas to get my car looked at. Highly Recommend!

Went in with my Toyota Corolla which had start-up issues. Didn't know what was wrong since battery and starter was fine. Staff identified it as an electric issue with the alarm system preventing the start-up. Did not charge me for the check-up. Assistance most appreciated.

I love this Midas! This team is incredible. I’ve been coming for YEARS! I’m on my third car being serviced by them and I just can’t imagine leaving (despite having an EV that has plenty of its own service stations in the city). I’ve never worked with a car service that cares so much about each person that walks in the door. They lead with kindness, empathy, respect, and transparency. I know whatever I’m being charged is exactly what it should be & I never fear being taken advantage of here. This Midas should be an example to all others about how to cultivate brand trust and customer loyalty. In my previous vehicles, this is the ONLY place I had positive experiences with oil changes. In my current car, the experience of getting new tires was painless and quick. Also, if you want to work while you wait they have free WiFi which is a nice touch. Zero regrets. The highest recommendation I can give. Collins is the GOAT! He’ll get you right & treat you right.

Midas is a repair shop you can trust. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and they have taken care of me! I wont go anywhere else in Atlanta. Everyone that works at Midas midtown is super kind and friendly. They are honest and knowledgeable. What a pleasant care repair experience!

A coworker told my husband about this particular Midas store. He referred us to John. John is our amazing mechanic. He's so kind , sweet, and very knowledgeable about the cars he's working on. Thank you, John, for keeping our son's Hyundai Elantra in great working condition for a few years now. You're the best!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. This shop is an absolute disaster. I trusted them for a simple oil change, and they COMPLETELY destroyed my engine. Their careless technician forgot to cap the oil... blowing my engine within 4 hours of my appointment. Yes, you read that right—my ($12,000) engine is gone because of their negligence. Even the district manager has footage of the tech mindlessly leaving my car uncapped, yet it still took multiple tows and a battle to get them to take responsibility. It’s been a nightmare dealing with them, and they ultimately had to pay for a new engine from the dealership. Save yourself the headache and stay far, far away!

I’m grateful to live close to this shop, and even more grateful that their proximity is not the only reason to choose them! Collin treats his customers with care. This shop is run well and I can count on them to work on my car quickly. I’ve had a tire and battery replaced at this shop. Both times they did right by me. No BS!

I’ve been coming back to this location for over two years now, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. Lorenzo continues to provide the best customer service. I just met Chris and he exceeded my expectations and I felt so appreciative when leaving today because of him. I am thankful that I can repeatedly go to this Midas location and feel as if I’m in good hands.

Kevin was so informative and professional. He made the muffler repair experience feel less stressful with his great communication skills. He also made sure I understood everything completely and was comfortable with everything before facilitating the repairs. 10/10 customer service! The team did a great job with repairs and my old car purs like a kitten! Super happy with my unexpected visit and I will be returning to this facility for all my car repair needs.

Took great care of me. I came in for an oil change, but they noticed some other important issues and gave me the option to get those taken care of as well. They showed proof of each issue and even offered me a holiday deal. I’ll definitely be back!

Omggg the best and quickest oil change in town!!!I got there 10 minutes before closing and Lorenzo up front got me in with no prob!!Eddie did my oil change, inspection and put air in my tire that was low in all of 15min lol…they all were so nice and knowledgeable…I appreciated everything!!!

SCAMMERS!! My fiancée stopped by here because her car was screeching when she applied the brakes. They did their inspection and quoted her $2700. We went to another shop and they did their own inspection. They didn’t tack on unnecessary services like they did here so we ended up saving a lot of money. This place also misdiagnosed the issue. After our repair at the other shop the issue has been resolved. I would not recommend coming here.
