Above and beyond!!I discovered ai had a tire losing air and needed someone to immediately fix it. I called the last minute, explained my situation and the guys accepted me right away. Within 5’ I was in the shop and within 20’ the tire was fixed. Unbelievable customer service!! 👏👏👏🙌🙌 Wow, what a team effort and commitment to excellent service!! Thank you so much

Awful experience. Called the day before to ask if I needed an appointment for a tire change. They said no. Drove 30 mins to get there and got turned away saying they had no room and I had to come back later. Couldn't leave my car there. Won't ever go back.

Last month my son got a flat tire at Allageny and 95. He was towed to Mid City at 8am Although the tires were not in stock they were able to order them and Installed the same day. Excellent customer service and very good prices! Thank you, Jack Palumbo

Great experience with these guys on a tire that kept losing pressure due to a nail. They got the tire repaired quickly, and for a very reasonable price. Will def be back for future similar needs!

I want to thank Mid City Tires for an excellent job on my C8. From start to finish. Quoted a great price, availability of the tires, worked excellent with my black rims. Removed the weights without a scratch. Done promptly. I highly recommend them. Excellent customer service.

I'd give a 0 stars if possible. Charged me for a premium tire (Continental CrossContact LX25) and put on a much inferior tire (Continental CrossContact LX Sport). Unfortunately I didn't notice this until I saw that the tire tread was wearing much faster than my LX25 tires. Edit: After posting this, the shop reached out -- instead of apologizing and expressing interest in working to resolve the issue, they resorted to telling me there's no way they put on the wrong tire and accused me of lying or having another shop swap the tire. No one else has worked on my car but I'll certainly be taking my business elsewhere in the future. They would have been better off not reaching out, but of course they wanted me to take this review down.

It always bites the big one when you get in your car and it won't frickin start! It was doubly aggravating because I had so many things that I needed to do that day and it required a lot of stopping and starting the car. I called Mid-City and they got me in right away and placed a new battery in under an hour. Who else could or would do that for you?

I've been going to Mid City for years for my annual vehicle inspections and car services (oil change, etc.). They're professional and do a great job. Highly recommend!

$98 for an inspection feels very steep. Did not get work done on the car, so I can't speak on price or quality in that regard. Willing to give them another chance in the future, but definitely learned my lesson to ask about the price beforehand

Caught a flat tire driving in Philly I’m from Delaware . I got road side assistance to tow here and they had me done within the hour . Great service and fast ! If I’m ever in emergency I will be taking my car here in Philly

My car was shaking at 60mph. Tire doctor figured it out. Replaced 1 tire and balanced the other 3. Now I can drive above the speed limit with ease

Truly can’t say enough good things about this place. Several times I’ve been in a bind and they’ve been more than willing to go above and beyond to help. Today they had to physically push my car into the bay because it was completely dead and wouldn’t start with a jump. AND they squeezed me in before a holiday weekend. Not all heroes wear capes!!!

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. rude, greedy, male misogynists. went to pep boys immediately after and had a COMPLETELY different experience where i was treated with respect and had a lovely time.

Straight to the point! Literally! I took my car to Meineke about a week ago. For a second time within two weeks! Even though I mentioned an issue with my tire that was becoming blatant, I passed my yearly inspection. Perplexed, I drove off and the next day my tire light shone brightly again! I couldn’t understand why they’d ignore me. Today, I got a recommendation to try this shop. A screw was found immediately in my tire and it was replaced promptly. No day long wait time as I experienced at Meineke. Everyone was courteous and professional. I am very happy with my experience here! These gentlemen got straight to the point!

Got a nail on my tire on this last snow day. These guys were able to schedule me the same day and help me out with a fair/affordable price. I’m glad they offered to patch it up without forcing me to feel guilty about not buying/exchanging a new tire. They have a small waiting area with a bathroom, in case you want to wait for your car. Would definitely recommend this place based on my pleasant experience.

Great service, very attentive to detail, honest pricing, and able to move fast to help me get my car out of a bad situation. We called in the morning following an incident where my car required new tires and wheels and were able to get them put on my vehicle and have the car looked at within the same day. They kept us posted every step of the way - thank you!

Very friendly and honest staff. Quick and reliable service. After spending a disappointing 1.5 hours at Pep-Boys we called ahead of time to get a price quote and an estimated wait time. The price we were told over the phone was the same price we paid at the counter. We were told there was no wait time and sure enough the car was in the shop in less than 5 minutes and we were back on the road in 25 minutes. Really appreciate Mid-City. Couldn't be happier with the service received. Thank you!
