Bad service! I Came to get my alternator changed and left out with a battery light on. Hood will not stay closed and you can hear something shaking under the hood. The front frame was not tightened back down to the car. I’m considering suing the business in Milwaukee county court for incomplete work and on going service needed. I’m looking into seeing if the business has proper registration because according to my business system resources there’s no legal registration for this place. I run a Business Management Services Company and I searched for this business legal documents and I couldn’t find anything. So I don’t know if it’s properly registered unless it’s under another name. I will never be coming back to this place. I tried to get them to fix the issue because it happened in their care. They said nothing they can do. The hood was messed up when they got it and hung the phone up. When I pay attention to my car and don’t let no anyone touch it. My car doesn’t go anywhere besides the dealership. This was the first side shop I went to by referral and trying to save money on this situation that suddenly happened with the alternator. Their payment processing I don’t think could be trusted. He said $630 cash or $680 using a card. 3.5% of $630 is only $22.05 (card processing fees) which would come out to be $652.05 to pay card processing fees and make profit. Again I run a business and know how this goes. This is exactly why I only go to the dealership for things so that I won’t encounter nothing like this. The dealer would have repaired with their warranty you get leaving after previous repairs. I had to go buy parts to fasten my front frame. They told me a day and it really took 3-5 days. They charged me full price even with all the other issues leaving there. I will be taking it to Toyota for a full inspection. Never again will I go to any side shops, especially this one! Just left a bad taste in my mouth for side shops. This place may need to be investigated.

Greg and the crew are always friendly and the pricing it's affordable. He cares that people can afford to repair their cars. It's not the quickest service but it's the most reasonable.

My husband found this auto repair shop for my car. It needed a water pump and the timing chain had to be replaced along with it. I was glad I took it to them because they didn’t rush the job. They also gave me updates when there was a change. They’re affordable and take care of their customers. I recommend you try them out. Thanks Mid City Auto!!❤️❤️❤️

Call made an appointment. Took car in for a drag link 02 Mercedes. Car was done in a timely fashion at a reasonable price for installation$250 vs.$750 at stealership. Great job. I took My truck there and Marlon got me straight. Good job Mid City

This place is awesome. The staff is always friendly and honest. I never feel taken advantage of as a woman. I have used their service for a few cars of mine and I have not one complaint. I really believe they saved my Chevy Tahoes life.... LOL. Keep up the great work guys.

Took my car up there it was running and fine. They worked on it, and it cut off the next day. Broke my headlight too crashing into another car. I was refunded tho
