Great service and repair on my '97 Thunderbird. The age of the vehicle resulted in wiring harness deterioration. Micro Imports was able to find the problem, repair the harness, and road tested the vehicle. Good to go for a few more months.

My mazdaspeed 3 started making this awful noise on a trip to AZ and These guys tried to tell me my mazdaspeed 3 engine was toast and quoted me 13,000 DOLLARS FOR A USED ENGINE WITH OVER 100K MILES ON IT. Well I towed it back home and it's just the VVT on the timing chain causing the chain to slap. They were professional and curteous but man did they try to railroad me. I priced a used JDM ENGINE with 59k miles online for 1500 bucks. Idk where they get their numbers from but no thanks.

Incredible service from the first interaction. David Ortiz is an exceptional advisor. His professionalism and open communication is greatly appreciated. I was given clear options prior to proceeding with the service. The work is impeccable and timely. Upon retrieving the vehicle, the work was reviewed and the bill was itemized. I also received a gift bag that included a free Mister Wash and a $20 certificate for any future service. The complimentary Uber ride was fantastic.

Solid, honest work. No shady scam upsell nor needless work reccomendations. Howard was consice but detailed and provided printouts to best explain vehicle diagnostics. The small setting makes you feel at home and comfortable. Very chill. Highly reccomend! Every staff member was very kind and accommodating. Dave at the front made sure I had coffee and cookies! They are genuinely happy you are here. 5-star service! Prices are very reasonable. I price checked other mechanics and Micro Imports was significantly cheaper labor! Just call and ask for prices!

I am so glad to have found these guys online to take care of my old Toyota. They are great at communication and letting me know when we can defer something vs. take care of it immediately. They always provide rides to wherever you're going, and my car has always been done same-day. Micro Import Service is great and I recommend them to everyone I know with an imported car!

Great customer service. It's always a guessing game when it comes to getting your car worked on. You never know if you really need the repairs that they say you need, but at Micro Imports they thoroughly explained everything and told me that there were no repairs needed at that time. Very reasonable pricing as well. They've earned my business for the foreseeable future.

After becoming fed up with the local Lexus dealer's ridiculous prices, a friend recommended Micro Import Service (MSI). Best decision ever. MIS is always responsive when called, super professional, very reasonably priced, and they never pressure you into unnecessary repairs. Instead, they thorough examine your vehicle, make repair suggestions and work with you on a sensible repair schedule. Love these guys!

Oh Wow! I am highly impressed with my experience at Micro Import Service. From the moment I heard Alan's voice over the phone as I was searching for a reputable and honest place to care for my LS400, I knew this was the place. Made my appointment for a Timing Belt Replacement, (less than a week) arrived as scheduled to be welcomed by a chalkboard with my name as well as others who were due to have service performed on their respective vehicles. These folks go Above and Beyond the norm and provide customer service like I haven't seen in since the 70's and 80's. My invoice at the time of payment was just exactly as originally quoted, and could not be more happy with how I was treated. I was provided with Uber during my service both to my home and back to the shop. I cannot thank these folks enough for how well I was treated, and the peace of mind of knowing ...."MY TIMING BELT IS BRAND NEW!!!" Highly impressed and I will be referring my friends to this location.

Alan and David are the very best. Excellent service. They handled the timing belt, water pump and associated belt replacements on an older Toyota convertible of mine. When changing the air cabin filter, they advised how dirty it was and they completely took care of it. The A/C service has me chilling down at 44 degrees. I strongly recommend Micro Import Service for any of your automotive work.

As a young girl , I am so skeptical anytime I go In with car troubles I fear that they’ll scam me. My car was Dead in a lot for one year Had several mechanics look at it and no luck as well as weird price quotes. I got a recommendation to go to this car shop From the first phone call at micro imports I Was greeted with such positivity. I took my car in, not only did they go above and beyond to fix it they compiled me with lists of things that were urgent as well as Maintenance I could put off the level of honesty was so refreshing !! They even got me a Uber to get to the shop to pick up my car. After everything was said and done They hooked me up with a car wash and a goodie bag compiled with little micro shop gifts ,(Including a charcoal bag, air freshener) I mean the level of care and attention to detail that this shop provides is so exceptional They got my car running in less than a week even on a busy schedule and never failed to call me with updates along the way. This might be the most positive review I will ever write but just a 10 out of 10 experience. I would recommend it to anyone that values their time and money I was so worried in the beginning because I lack car knowledge and sometimes mechanics take advantage of that , Micro imports has left me with such a safe feeling and my car runs great. I will definitely comeback anytime I need maintenance , I am in Phoenix and the shop is in Tucson, but it’s worth the drive you can tell that Micro imports takes pride in what they do. While I was picking up my car, there was also an elderly lady in the lobby and they treated her so kindly, it brought me joy to see that I wasn’t the only one getting the special treatment. I can see why this place was recommended to me and I’m going to pass it on with this review. ⭐️ Thank you guys for all your help. I just wish you also worked on tires because I don’t want to go anywhere else for my car needs !!

I was quoted over $900 for the replacement of the front wheel bearing, which is a $300-400 job everywhere else. Even pep boys, which I find extremely overpriced and rarely service my cars there, quoted me $330 labor and $120 for the parts. I am sure this tactic would work on someone who doesn't know any better, like a single mom on a limited income, or an elderly on social security benefits. I am not coming back to Micro Import service ever again as I am not willing to pay 3x the money for the service that can be done anywhere else for a fair price. I feel like there should be a trust between the customer and people repairing your vehicle and this rip off attempt has completely ruined that for me. Same service in the closest shop one block down the street - $380, including the diagnostics. I would not recommend this place.

I've been going to Micro import service for a while and each time I leaving knowing they did a great job! I took my car to jiffy lube and that was the biggest mistake I've ever done! If you need some work on your car go here and I promise you you'll leave happy.

One of the best, if not the best Automotive repair shop in Tucson. Feels like family who care about you and your vehicle. Hard to find a repair facility you can trust 100% to do the repairs required and advise on preventative maintenance. A huge shout to David for conducting business the way business should be done. David's communication is straight forward clear and concise. I drove an hour to have my oil changed and am very pleases and happy! I highly suggest trusting Micro with your repairs. I have mixed emotions about sharing this fantastic review with you all, because once you are informed of how amazing this establishment is, it’ll be even harder for me to get an appointment. Let’s just say I would sleep in my car overnight if I had to to make sure, I could have it worked on by Micro Import Service. I have had several fantastic experiences with them, which amazingly started with my first interaction when I was not even sure I was going to get my car repaired or buy another instead. This did not deter everyone at Micro from giving me 100% of their full attention . I went to them originally after three other mechanics were unable to determine what the cause of a horrible rattling and shimmying was in my 2005 Nissan 350Z. When I walked in the door, I was told that the owner was a Z fanatic, and that he would probably know what was up right away. Mick was on his way home, leaving for the day, when someone caught him and he very happily took a ride with me down and around Speedway Boulevard. He pretty much knew what the problem was, but he was gonna have his incredible mechanic Howard take a look at it. And even though I was leaving and still hadn’t committed to getting the work done at all, or there, the service manager, Alan, sent me home with a beautiful “welcome to the family“ gift bag filled with all sorts of useful items, including a $20 coupon off of my repair. I decided to get the job done there and I have been back several times since, including a major overhaul of my suspension. After that, my almost 20 year old Z hasn’t driven this well in a decade. I cannot gush enough about the quality of the work and the quality of the staff of this organization from the very affable David at the front desk who makes my day every time I go there even if I’m fearing the worse about my vehicle. Alan is an amazing guy, and we have had multiple discussions where he has been advising me in my potential pending purchase of a new vehicle, and has promised to give any car I might be interested in the once over with a fine tooth comb before I buy it. I swear I do not want to purchase a vehicle that will not be serviced by these people. What does that say! They are simply THE BEST!!
