If I could give 10 stars I would this is the best tire shop in Southwest Detroit these guys were completely honest with me told me to get an alignment before doing my tires most shops would just sell me tires without caring definitely come check these guys out very honest people

Love this shop, I came to do alignment because none of the big name tire shop could do it. The older man doing alignment is very knowledgeable didn’t make me spend money that I didn’t have too.

Que experiencia tan desagradable en este taller, lleve mi camioneta y pedí que alinearan y balancean, me cobraron por esto y nunca lo hicieron a parte me cobraron por cambiar un sensor y luego los mismo mecánicos dijeron que ese sensor estaba en buen estado, son unos tramposos no lleven sus carros allí

How amazing are these guys, I was at the gas station across the street and I was moving way too fast, I got out of my car and I left it running because I was gonna be in and out, but I locked the doors and I thought I’d grab my key fob which obviously I didn’t, when I came out, everything’s locked in the car and the car is running . I was attempting with the help from the gas station owner to pop the lock, but of course I didn’t have anything to do it with he recommended. I go across the street and ask them if they had something, that sweet man took all of 30 seconds and my lock was popped and my door was open, and they didn’t charge me anything just smiled and walked away . Those are the sweetest kind of people

Long story short.. got 4 new tires (15inch tire) (lionhart) $100 a tire.. could got way better brand tire for the same price.. ohh well.. I noticed the workers seemed a bit nervous.. But didnt pay it no mind when I got home I had a broken wheel stud!! definitely do not recommend this place over priced!!

I changed my review today. Everything was all good when i spent 2500 with you but today!!! Went in today because every since I've had the tires a few months ago it's been a rough and noise ride. I tell them my issue. Very respectfully. I talk to Hector. Hector sent his tech to test drive and this man was just straight rude and nasty to me. I had to ask him why was he talking to me this way! I'm a female for one and I had not come at him wrong. Hector stood there and said nothing. Just in the rude customer service I would never return or recommend.

06/06/24. Came here with a broken flex pipe and as I pulled in and parked, before I was fully out of my car, a gentleman approached me to introduce himself and asked what he could do for me today, shook my hand and I told him my muffler was broken and it sounded like a Honda with a muffler delete, then he asked for my keys to get it looked at, gave me an amazing price for the repair, also told me that I need to make a few other repairs. I will definitely be back. These gentleman have respect and professional, I highly recommend coming here for vehicle repairs.
