Great tire shop. They were fast to attend me. The service was exceptional. I only go there when I need something for my tires. They also have great prices which makes the experience even better and why is makes me go back to them.

Came in on a Tuesday during rush hour after work and they were able to take my car in right away! Gave a good deal for 3 tires to be replaced, super nice guys!! Will definitely be coming back for more repairs

Detailed review. Let me preface this by saying that this is a newer shop at this location. This shop is actually one of three (I believe) in Detroit and is part of a local franchise. This particular location was likely opened less than a year ago. To anyone considering this shop: Be warned that you may not even get all your services done here. They may send you to another location, which is exactly what happened to me. Had I been told upfront that all the services wouldn’t be completed at one location, I could have made a more informed decision. Instead, I wasn’t told about this until after the work was done. I recently purchased four new tires from this location and was told I would need to get the alignment at their other shop on 9000 Vernor. It took me some time to schedule the alignment, but when I finally went to the Vernor location, the manager there sent me back to the original shop on Michigan Avenue to verify my receipt. So, I made the trip back to the Michigan Avenue location to resolve the issue. When I explained the situation to the person at the desk, things immediately went downhill. Instead of verifying my receipt, he began questioning why I hadn’t gotten the alignment done sooner. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a 20-minute, frustrating back-and-forth conversation. The clerk became argumentative, insulted me, and even claimed they’d need to put my car back on the lift before verifying my receipt—something that should never have been necessary. I became visibly upset and told him that if he wasn’t going to verify the receipt, I would leave. Instead of resolving the issue, he kept badgering me, asking why I was upset, and even accused me of “scaring him,” going so far as to threaten to call 911. I have never been so humiliated in my life. When I left, the clerk followed me out to my car, which felt like an intimidation tactic. For my own safety and peace of mind, I left and will never, ever return to this shop. This place might look nice on the outside, but the professionalism is absolutely trash. I regret coming here when they were still a “new” business because they clearly haven’t ironed out their processes or trained their staff properly. The clerk’s behavior was beyond unacceptable. At the very least, he could have been honest and said, “We’re not going to honor your receipt.” Instead, he never even acknowledged it and kept grilling me about why I didn’t go to the Verner location sooner. Lastly, this review isn’t even about the quality of the tires I bought—I plan to replace them as soon as possible with better quality ones. This is entirely about the terrible behavior, lack of professionalism, and disorganized way this shop conducts business. Zero out of 10. I will make it a point to tell everyone—friends, family, and anyone else I know—to avoid this shop until they get their act together.

I visited this tire shop for a simple tire plug, but the tech persuaded me to purchase a set of four Goodyear tires. I didn’t mind at first—I figured it was a good deal with winter coming. Unfortunately, the tires they installed were too big for my car, causing a hard, grinding noise every time I turned the steering wheel. When I asked for a refund, the tech suggested I remove my wheel flaps instead of replacing the tires with the correct size. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I reluctantly kept the tires, but within a few days, one of them developed a slow leak. Frustrated, I took my truck to my mechanic, who discovered the “new” tire already had a puncture. On top of that, the tech at this shop failed to reinstall my wheel locks, leaving me without all four of them. Now, my car doesn’t drive properly, and I’m stuck dealing with missing wheel locks and defective tires. This experience has been a complete disaster, and I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

The worst experience I’ve ever had, idk if it’s the owner or just a worker but he was overcharging me. He charged me 400 dollars for 100 dollar tires, when I told him to take them off I don’t want them he started yelling at me and spitting racial slurs. I would not recommend ever going here and I would never return.

This is not the family-owned Warhol business; it’s a completely different shop with different owners. I came here for a set of tires, and they overcharged me. On top of that, I had to wait over an hour for the work to be finished, and they tried to pressure me into buying a set of rims. The experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this shop. I definitely won’t be coming back.

I had flat tire I pulled up to this place to get it fix the first thing the owner told me they don’t take any payments but cash soo I told him to get me air in my tire to go pull cash out he refused to do so and walked away lol. Bad customer service with Bad attitude

I've been going to Warholak Tire for my tire needs for well over 20 years. Initially, I was sad when Mike and Paul decided to retire, but I continue to be a happy customer. Steve, the new owner, takes care of me just like Mike and Paul did, and I am very pleased that he has expanded Warholak's service offerings to including oil changes and brake work. Just yesterday, Steve took care of new tires, an oil change, and new brakes on my son's car, and the service was excellent, the car was ready when promised, and the prices extremely fair. I will remain a loyal customer to Warholak and cannot recommend Steve and his team highly enough.

These guys are the best! I needed to get a new tire so I looked on Reddit for the best tire place in the Detroit area. Warholak Tire was overwhelmingly one of the top recommended places so I took my car there. I kid you not - from the time I drove in to the shop, had my tire changed, and they inspected all my other tires I was in and out of the shop in 6 minutes!! Nicest guys ever. They do more than just tires too, I went there a week later to get my Serpentine belt and oil changed and they got everything done in record speed again. Can't say enough great things about Steve and the guys at the shop. I rarely (if ever) write Google reviews but these guys are so worth the shout out :)
