I can't say enough good things about Miami Quality Auto Repair! Ever since a tow company brought my mom’s car here last year, we have been so happy with their services! The first time she came in she treated like family, and it's been the same level of care ever since. Manuel, Carlos, and the rest of the team truly go above and beyond to ensure not just the quality of your vehicle, but your safety and peace of mind. They are incredibly reasonable with pricing and never try to upsell or push unnecessary services—something we definitely appreciate compared to other places we've been to in the past. They even managed to squeeze us in for an oil change recently and had us in and out in no time. The waiting area is also really nice—comfortable seating, water, and light snacks are available while you wait. What really stands out about Miami Quality Auto Repair is their honesty. I couldnt have been more pleased with the quality 5 Star service I received. My mother received a flyer in the mail with a coupon amd needed an oil change. I called late afternoon and was told to bring the car in...YAY! Customer service was exceptional, staff was so polite and courteous and my car was ready in no time. I definately recommend Miami's Quality Auto Repair. Ps they have water, snacks n coffee while waiting...lol Thank you :)

I took my car in for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. Prior to my appointment I started having problems with steering so I had that checked as well. Carlos took the time to do a test drive with me so he could identify the sounds I was hearing. I needed a new steering wheel pump and the noise is from a rear wheel bearing. I was able to get the steering wheel pump installed and will have the wheel bearing fixed asap. My car was ready the next afternoon. Quality Repair also provided an Uber ride home and return. I've been there a few times and trust their service.

TLDR; Overall great service from start to finish and even provided a service for free that I wanted but had declined it. I was able to reschedule my appointment last minute, when I went to drop off and pick up my car I waited max 5 seconds before someone attended me, and they interacted with me like an actual person instead of just one more customer. They sent me a quote for the services to approve before they worked on it and I approved one and declined the other. Once they finished, they ran an inspection on my car and gave me a list of services they recommended (I was aware of them so I knew they weren’t lying). When I called to inquire on urgency, they didn’t take advantage and try to make it seem life or death. I was able to pick up the car the same day and when I got home I realized they had removed my splash guard that I had originally asked but declined after because of financial constraints.

I have been taking my car to Miami Quality Auto for several years now. Everyone is very polite and honest about repairs. I recently took my car in to have the ignition replaced. I also mentioned that the clock and back windshield wiper were not working. Carlos came out to the car to see if all that was true instead of "going with it" and replacing the items. It ended up that the windshield wiper and clock were OK. If something is working, they do not replace it and spend the time to explain it. The company is run efficiently. I think many customers will appreciate these qualities. They are clear in their explanations of what they are going to do and why. They will actually show you what is going on. They maintain a record of everything on their computer and give you a clear printout of the exact work that they just completed on your vehicle. They will also give you a printout of what they recommend for the future. I think they are wonderful!!

I was recommended to Miami’s Quality auto repair by Costco. What a great recommendation!. I had Just bought a 60,000 mile Range Rover diesel. And I took it there to have an inspection done to make sure everything was in order. I was very pleased with the work that they did and the inspection. My service rep. Manuel. Is a superstar! I definitely will be taking my car back there for service in the future.

Excellent customer service!!! They really took the time to explain the issues my car was having and my options. They even offer a comprehensive list of what needs to be replaced and what's still good on your car (pictures, descriptions), which I thought was really cool.

Best Auto Repair shop I’ve been to! You will be greeted by Andres. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and the waiting room is awesome with chairs, air conditioning, television, coffee, soda, and other treats all on the house while you wait. The work I’ve had done is excellent. Prices are reasonable and the job gets done right. Today I went and anticipated needing an entire brake job as I’ve been hearing squeaking. Andres took the time to inspect the brake pads. Not needed he said, you’re good for quite a while. That’s honesty and good business in my opinion. I highly recommend “Miami’s Quality Auto Repair”.

I am an architect...I don't know anything about mechanics, for me the car, here in Miami is a necessity that takes me from one place to another, my car is already 80000 miles , so things are begining to wear out , I depend on a trusted mechanic service that tell me what my car needs , what the priority are and what needs to be fix inmediately so I don't cause more damage to the engine, that is tp me Miami's Quality Auto Repair, I have been taking all my cars there for the past 30 years and will continue to trust their judgement and their workmanship.. thank you for all your help!!!
