Exelente servicio a mi bmw 335i, los chicos fueron amables, bernardo me atendió siendo muy claro en lo que hariamos al carro y el mecanico vito procedió a realizar la reparación mientras yo esperaba y observaba como reparaban el carro, no entiendo la cantidad de comentarios negativos, la verdad yo soy cliente hace tiempo y nunca he tenido un solo problema con ellos, se entiende que en miami hay mucho cliente que quiere abusar tambien de los talleres y publica muchos malos reviews o denuncias con tal de no pagar el trabajo, lo he visto con mis ojos, no se dejen llevar por malos comentarios, los mecanicos son excelentes!

Tuve una experiencia extremadamente decepcionante con este taller. Pagué una cantidad considerable de dinero por un cambio de transmisión que, según lo descubrí más tarde, nunca se realizó. Después de sospechar por problemas persistentes con mi vehículo, lleve mi auto a otro mecánico, quien confirme que la transmisión nunca fue reemplazada. Intenté resolver el problema con el taller, pero se negaron a hacerse responsables, mostrando una completa falta de ética y profesionalismo. Es inaceptable que jueguen con la confianza de los clientes y que cobren por servicios que no realizan. No recomiendo este lugar a nadie. Si valoras tu dinero y tu tiempo, busca un taller más honesto y confiable.

Tuve una pésima experiencia en este taller. Fui a reparar la transmisión de mi auto y el señor Bernardo que me atendió muy bien al principio y que me explicó todo al detalle, me cobró por una supuesta reparación mecánica 2300 dolares, diciéndome además que me había salido barato el arreglo. El mismo día que lo saqué del taller supuestamente caminando bien, enseguida me dio falla lo cual vire a reclamar y con su cara dura me dijo que eso no era problema de ellos que habían hecho su trabajo. Busqué una segunda opinión con otro mecánico y me dijo que no habían bajado la transmision, que eso ni se tocó. Ojalá y otra persona no pase por esta mala experiencia, por eso más que nada hago esta publicación, porque mi dinero lo perdí, pero espero que cuando lean este mensaje enseguida busquen otra opción y no pasen por lo mismo que yo por mi inexperiencia.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Took my Benz here for bumper replacement and repaint. Did an extremely poor job, paint clumped in some areas, streaks in others, scratches everywhere. They said they would repaint it….they just repeated the poor job. This is over 2-week span. I texted one of the “owners”, there are supposedly two, with concerns about this poor paint job. He responded to my text “I love problems, if you want problems we can have them”….extremely unprofessional given that they had my car at their shop. I decided i just needed to get my car out of there ASAP because his intonation seemed UNSAFE. During this process, they also said that I needed to get a new air condenser because the original was “damaged” in the accident (very mild fender-bender), so they removed the condenser and never put it back. Also, after i picked up the car, they said that my sensors were working, when in reality, they were not. I ended up taking the car to another mechanic. Immediately noticed the awful paint job, noticed that two of the sensors were placed backwards, noticed that the wire harness to the sensors was damaged, most likely from when they were removing and maneuvering the bumper, and also noticed that the wire to the air condenser was damaged after they torqued the hell out of it when removing. The mechanic at Auto Love are incompetent and are not equipped to work on anything more complex than an ATV or an early 2000’s Toyota. If you have a decent at all car, please AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Autolove promised to fix my transmission in 5 to 10 days, but after four weeks, I was still waiting. Bernardo’s excuses became a regular part of my day. It felt like they were mocking my desperation.

Este lugar son unos estafadores. Lleve mi carro por transmisión y me lo dieron peor lo volví a dejar luego al siguiente día volví y estaba igual me aseguraron 3 años de garantía luego el mismo dueño me dijo que no lo había arreglar ni regresarme el dinero. Le digo que eso es una estafa y me respondió con arrogancia así es que se hace el dinero

Y ala hora de. De qué les pides tus. Cosas para atrás Ya. No las tienen. Y Ala hora. bernardo. Solo se esconde. Y nunca te da la cara. Y Roberto aseveró Dise que él no sabe. Nada Este taller es una basura.

This place is horrible, the owner told me that they would fix my car transmission in three days and they require 50% down payment , I went a head and paid $1000 but now over nine months passed and my car is seating on their shop they never fixed it . My car was running at the time i took it to their shop, transmission if it drove over 60 mph it slips but after i took it for repair they removed the old transmission out of my car and they never replaced it . If you go to that shop for repair to this place, you’ll safer as i am. I am looking legal means to resolve the problem. This guy are a scum . “Auto Love us”it’s on 60 NW 20 st Miami

El señor dueño del taller Vernardo es un estafador aparte de mentiroso, y después de todo no da la cara cómo los hombre, mi consejo Miami Love US que no ballan ahí si no quieren perder su dinero te cobran por adelantado y no te arreglan nada son unos estafadores tuve mi carro hay 20 días y no le hicieron nada y todos los días me decían algo diferente

Estas personas si se pueden llamar así son unos estafadores. La estafa se basa en que cuando vas a llevar tu auto para arreglar te hacen un comercial muy bonito y después no es nada de lo que acordaron y demoran tu auto en el taller hasta que tienes que recogerlo sin arreglar y con su cara fresca te dicen que no te van a devolver el dinero y como no podemos perder la cordura solo nos queda llevarlos a la corte.

The are scams the take the oil engine from the car then the ask you if you have oil with you or not if you don’t have the will charge you 50 extra to go bring the oil the question why he don’t tell you en the beginning he doesn’t have oil. He should never take the oil from the car so he make it by deliberate at this point you stuck you can’t move your car and not matter what you have to pay what ever price the will ask you, if I can give them 0 star I will the are very brutal in treatment I don't even recommend coming to this place.

Buenas tardes me recomendaron auto love hace 1 año y nunca tube problemas, mi carro tenia la transmisión mala, en ese tiempo me dieron el numero de bernardo el me explico me dio el valor y el tiempo que tendría mi auto en el taller, el me oriento por que yo no sabia sobre lo que le pasaba a mi carro, Mi auto estuvo listo al 4 días que lo deje….ahora volví por el cambio de aceite. Seguiré con ellos!!!! Gracias
