TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! DOESNT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGING PEOPLES CARS The body shop owner is part owners with the valet right in front of KYU and has not taken any responsibility for their workers damaging my car!! April 4th my fiancé and I went to eat dinner at KYU and came out to our BRAND NEW M4 having a flat tire rim scratched, all our carbon fiber skirt scratched (pictures with time stamps for proof) and our bumper unlatched from the frame of the car!! At the time the part owner showed up and the valet driver took responsibility and the owner said “we will get this fixed” we have written acknowledgment and agreement to fix the car. We proceeded to ask for the valet’s insurance and all their information and they told us they would send it since they didn’t have it on hand (we have written proof of this as well). They never sent it and to this day, a month later May 3rd they have stopped responding and completely ghosted us. Our car is still damaged sitting at BMW waiting for the people responsible to take accountability. WE ARE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW THESE PEOPLE HAVE HANDLED THE SITUATION AND WHAT THEY DID TO THE CAR. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. I would not trust these people with your vehicles!!!

Wasnt sure where to bring my vehicle for some electircal issues being new to miami. My neighbor recommended Juan. Surprisingly they got the car straightened out in a matter of hours! Look forward to going back when i get the opportunity to have the paint done!

Juan and his crew did a great job with my vehicle. they were straightforward with what the condition was and what needed to be done, and were able to fabricate braces to ensure the parts were on and will stay on. i am looking forward to working with them more in the future!

Just had my ram 1500 repaired at this shop after my accident. They did an amazing job! Juan Lazagas shop is top notch! Kevin one of the employees was great. Very helpful! My truck looks factory like it was never in an accident.

Though Juan works in an unconventional text message exchange, he was extremely personable and accommodating to my requests for help. Within two days they squeezed me in and make the work happen. He quoted me all through text and accepted payments over internet. Definitely will return if I need additional work.

What a great experience this was. The owner Juan handled me personally. The work was incredible. My car looked factory brand new. The work was excellent and the price was reasonable. I could not ask for anything more. Then they even detailed my car inside and out!

Answered all my questions. Took a look at my car and gave me fair recommendations. Quote was pricey however, the job got done over the weekend and the result was good. Staff is communicative which is crucial in the car shop industry. Took one day longer from what I was told but the service was good and the final product was also good. I recommend this location for paint and body work. Quality: Good Service: Good Time Frame: Good

Juan the owner is a CROOK. He stole my car. We paid him and he wont let the car off the lot. He just keeps saying he will return it and never does. STAY AWAY

This is one of the very few honest and integral shops when it comes to customer service and price. They are classic vehicle restoration masters but can also do modern vehicles. A friend had his 08' suburban painted here flawlessly and I had my 17' Sentra hood redone. These guys are amazing!
