My tire went flat locally to the shop, and I wish I would have found any other tire shop than this. They gave me a tire that was too small for my vehicle, unknowingly to me. Because, I live in Houston the tire in the front on my vehicle caught a nail another day and they educated me of this shops wrong doing. 😑 A true waste of $50 and tip.

Very poor service and they make numerous excuses why they cannot balance a tire that you purchased from them which I couldn't figure it out myself why not........

They show open until 4pm on the door and 7pm on the website for their business, showed up at 3:20 and doors were closed, left with a flat tire in front of their store with no way to get home.

I went here and bought two front tires. One of the tires was defective the very next day. I then went back he replaced my tire but with another bad tire I woke up today to the tire on flat. Now I’m going somewhere new to buy another tire because this place clearly sales bad tires and don’t care about the safety of thier customers smh this was my first time buying tires from here as well never recommend I’m having to spend more money for another tire. I then took my car to another tire shop and was told the left tire was the wrong size and the right tire they put on my car was bad. They didn’t replace the tires or give me my money back. I had to buy two new tires somewhere new definitely don’t recommend unless you want to waste your money and end up having to buy new tires two days later

Worst tire shop in Houston. A complete rip off. They sell bad tires. I bought a bad tire. The guy told me to bring tire back tomorrow. When I got there they checked the tire said nothing was wrong after he told me when I bought he’ll give me a new one because they were closing. When I brought the tire back they said they couldn’t change it. They checked it again sent me home. Left shop and tire went flat on the freeway. Worst experience ever I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies. They’re scammers.
