This mechanic shop is the only one I will ever go to. When they fix a problem it’s stays fixed and they are so honest. Mike, Kirt and the team are always helpful and incredible.

I chose this business because of a recommendation. I purchased 4 tires and was encouraged to get an alignment which I did. My wheels came back dirty and I thought that when I get home I would just rewash them. Turns out all 4 wheels have been scratched. I contacted them about the complaint and was told " i will send it on to Mike." Well it has been 2 days and I have heard nothing. Whoever done this KNOWS what they did. I don't expect anything at this point...poor business practice. Word of mouth goes along way. A final note..my tires are supposed to be at 33# and all 4 were at 40#. inexcusable. I went on a trip and my car was handling poor, so when I got home I decided to check the pressure...so sad. I just wonder if they torqued my wheels to the specified 83#???

I have been coming here since 2007. The staff is exceptional! This is the only place besides the dealership that I will entrust with my vehicles! Kudos to Mike and the entire Metrolina Tire team!

Metrolina saved my day!! I took my fairly old front tires in to have them rebalanced due to vibrations, and it was found that one was out of round, i.e. no good. Since both were worn pretty well, they both needed replacing anyway. Only problem for me was...I needed to have them no later than the next day due to travel commitments. And even though they didn't have my tire size in stock, they were able to order the the tires, have them delivered, mounted, balanced, and ready to roll in 2 hours! Two hours...simply unreal. And their pricing was very competitive with the big box and online shops. It's great to see and experience a business where customer-first type service still exists!

We drive away knowing our vehicle received excellent care. Every single visit is greeted with a smile and fantastic customer service. The team at Metrolina Tire & Auto is second to none. After all these years of coming to Metrolina Tire & Auto, I finally write this rave review from their lobby. I have witnessed humbling experiences they’ve offered other customers as I’ve awaited a basic oil change before. Now I sit here a humbled customer myself with a major repair need and can honestly say (as the daughter of a truck driver and mechanic!) I have never felt so thankful and appreciative for the level of customer service this crew extends to their customers! We have and will forever recommend Metrolina Tire & Auto to anyone asking for a mechanic recommendation!!

Went above and beyond helping me with a leak that took out my AC right before a spring break trip. Didn’t charge extra, even though they absolutely could have at my behest. They were super professional but also kind.

Excellent service, excellent team members, excellent customer service. My truck got its air conditioning blower broken down and they repair it promptly. The price is excellent, it is a very reasonable price. The customer service representative is excellent, she is very friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The service is quick and they did it without much hassle. One of their team members, which I presume to be the owner, is extra friendly and points out things that may be miscommunicated by the team members. Excellent place to fix your car.

I had a low tire pressure and walked in the door of their business w/o an appointment. Even though they were very busy I got my tire looked at within an hour and a half. Found a screw and repaired it. Very friendly people! I am grateful since I have to drive two hours tonight. I now have peace of mind thanks to these great people. I will be back!

If you care about your car please don’t take you vehicle there I took a brand new car to just get a simple inspection and 30 mints after I dropped the car off got a call from them that someone had hit my car. I had to deal with the incident myself since they didn’t do nothing about it even though they were responsible for my car they just stepped out of the situation and just pretty much let me deal with the issue

They were putting used parts into my car and lied stating they were coming from a dealership. After being confronted shop owners were rude and confrontational. They seem to get over on young women like me a lot. Don’t trust them

Took my vehicle to this place about 14 days ago due to my car overheating. They stated that I needed a radiator cap, water pump, and antifreeze. No problem I paid for it. 8 days later the car began to overheat again and the rep came to me and told me that I needed a thermostat and a thermostat gasket and they added more antifreeze. Fast forward two days later, it’s running hot again. I finally took the car to my dealership and they told me that the entire radiator needs to be replaced. I basically spent almost $800 for nothing in the span of two weeks. It’s ridiculous, I’m not sure why I wasn’t told this the first time that I came. Won’t be back to this shop! 🚫
