Please read the one star reviews. I was so hopeful but this doesn’t seem like a legitimate organization after the back and forth with Brad and it being impossible to even set an appointment.

Went in with a misfire, and they gave me a free diagnosis which turned out to be a bad ignition coil. Then they gave me advice on how to change it my self and didn’t charge a single thing.Went to change the coil they said was bad and the car is working nice.

I would rate them from my experience and some reviews that I read led me to give them a MINUS 5 stars definitely 0 for the fact that they don't return calls or messages for you to tell you how to get a referral from the places they list . First on the list was United Way . I called United and was told by the agent that she didn't know anything about Auto Ministries and couldn't help me. MC auto on belnap rd. In Haltom City Texas told me to call them for help no cigar for MC either. Good luck if you try who knows it might work for you but I give up on both of them and continue my search for dedicated Churches that have verified reviews of being available to help those in need.

I can't explain how grateful I am for Brad and his crew. They helped fix multiple car problems that I had, but they did it out of service and when I wasn't able to pay a dime. I owe Brad and Metro Auto Ministry a lot. Not to mention the work they did was always stellar. Just awesome. Great people too. I would recommend Metro Auto Ministry to absolutely everyone!

Brad is wonderful! Over the years, he’s helped me with repairs, offered me advice on DIY fixes, and even given me guidance on how to go about buying used cars wisely, including from OTHER auto shops. This ministry is a Godsend and has helped me, and a ton of my friends get on the road. (Especially when we were all in our early 20’s and were extra tight financially.)

These guys are by far the best !! They did a boat trailer for me, which is not the easiest aluminum wielding. They wielded 2 new brackets. Also, very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend them to anyone who needs wielding or auto mechanic work.

Brad was amazing. Quick to get an appt for a simple repair and did it the same day. Price for parts was fair. They were so helpful and I'm so grateful for the charitable work this place does. It truly helped my family.

Brad is highly unprofessional and verbally/mentally abusive to the people his cause supposedly supports. I wouldn’t wish him on my worst enemy! If you need help you’re better off going to a church directly. Brad will just play games with you until you give up and go somewhere else. I have entire email/text threads with his name and photo attached to share publicly if it becomes necessary to dispel all the fake 5 star reviews and ugly retorts he himself posts to the people he decides he doesn’t want to help. Response to Brad: I knew you would have something snarky to say! He always does! Actually you DID do work on my car. Shows how well you keep your books. And I made so many appointments with you that YOU didn’t show up for at your own garage. Your assistant was there to tell me, oh I’m sorry, I don’t deal with any of that”. I even came twice in one day because he told me you were due to come back! What a shocker you weren’t there then either. When I complied and tried to make appointments with you along with your “text me the day before” orders you used the heads up as opportunity to reschedule me over and over. I was homeless, initially jobless and fighting for my life in every respect and you treated me like dirt because you have a superiority complex. I am convinced that you do not do this to help other people. You are there for tax write-offs Professor (UNT) and to make yourself look good among your peers. We the people, see you for who you really are. No matter how much you want to point the finger and blame others-literally everyone and anyone else- for your shortcomings, you still were and continue to be rude, abrasive, and arrogant. In the meantime, I received help from other charities and was treated like a normal human being. I will pray for you.

I can’t explain how thankful I am for Metro Auto Ministry. In the span of over a decade and between two vehicles I’ve owned, Brad and his team has helped make sure I have a safe, reliable car to drive to work, school, and tow around my daughter :). He’s replaced parts for my cars (one of which being an entirely new ENGINE) for an unbeatable price due to the compassionate vision of this ministry. My husband and I recently purchased a new vehicle this year and it was no question who we’d donate our old (but still great due to the amazing work Brad did on his car, as well) car to. We know he used it to help get someone else on the road! We’re so thankful for Metro Auto!

I feel like the luckiest person in the world right now after having the men (Brad in particular) get my car running as it should, doing some painting which was needed for about 7 years, and they fixed my door! For a few weeks now when I went anywhere by car I would be either be locked in or out! No problems now though. There is just no way to thank Metro enough and I am so, so grateful to have found them. And also, five stars aren’t really enough. So….🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was referred to them through mhmr. I filled out the form that metro auto Ministry has to gather information about you and the issues that you're having with your vehicle. I was contacted by email and was told that they would take my car. I dropped it off to them the first week in January 2024. I checked in after they had my car for about two weeks and I hadn't heard anything from them so I started checking in once week on a Sunday to see if any progress was being made. I was told that the car still wasn't passing inspection. I was never given or told what was really going on. I originally tod them all of the codes that I was given when I took my car to get inspected. I even sent the form to him. My car was there for 6 weeks and I was told the last time I checked on it the it needed a cover valve gasket. I told him that he could get it. The same day he told me that I could pick up the car because it was ready. The next day was a Saturday so I reached out to him again to see if it was really ready since he had to change the gasket. He texted back and said yes. Myself and my daughter drove from Crowley to Denton to pick the car up. My daughter drove the car from his shop to Buc'ces on 35 where it broke down and gave a code of engine power reduced. I communicated that with him. He then tells me that my car was really messed up and he did what he could but it should run and drive better. My car still isn't working. I took it to another mechanic and was told the my engine had been messed up by the person that last worked on it. Now I have to find an engine and pray that I can get help with everything. The engine I found is $975 and I have to pay another twelve to fifteen hundred to get the engine put in the car. Metro Auto Ministry didn't help me in the end they haven't checked on my car since I picked it up from them. It's really sad that they receive donations to help people in need and they pick and choose how much they're going to help when the money isn't coming out of there pockets.

Brad was hard at work dealing with my car, putting a fan blower for my ac and heat in my car. My car was giving trouble because of the make, but that did not stop him, and I appreciate that because after 2 years of not having ac or heat, I have it, and it works pretty good. Thank you

Metro Auto Ministry was my MIRACLE BLESSING auto repair help and they are truly a GOD send....Human Angel expert mechanics who cared so much about helping me stay legal and compliant here in the state of Texas....They wasted no time ordering my serious auto part that had to be repaired or my car was inoperable and illegal.....I was referred here by my church and I am so immensely grateful to these guys, Brad and his crew for saving my cars lifecycle. Prior to coming here, I had failed my Texas emissions auto inspection, twice. Therefore, I was unable to renew my tags, licensing registration, here in Texas. I was in tears of gratitude to Metro Auto Ministry today, after spent hours completing a major repair, I am so happy and grateful to report that my Chevy passed the emissions re-testing, post repairs and I was able to renew my vehicle registration and order my tags via Texas DMV. Thank God for these awesome guys who go out of their way, with professionalism and pure compassion for those suffering and in need. I am forever grateful! God Bless Metro Auto Ministry! They have hearts made of platinum GOLD! :)

This place is not what you think it is I am a disabled person so this man set me up with a car and was very kind to me but I got there there wasn't a temporary plates Wich I didn't know I had to get so I asked the person in the garage about it he was very ride so he told the man that was givinge the cat that I didn't want to drive the tool the keys away frome and wouldn't give them back I have in the hospital every month this year and I needed a car badly but the man that was going to give me the car said I couldn't have it so now I don't have a car and no way to get to my appointment the reason I went here is because I thought it was connected to a church

Finally, HONEST, AFFORDABLE Mechanics. Really Incredible. I can't say enough nice things - the level of flexibility with these guys is unmatched, and the piece of mind knowing you aren't getting ripped off. They fixed my A/C and replaced my motor mounts quick and affordably. Will always return and will recommend to everyone.
