Your mechanic Mike screwed up my van motor and still expected me to pay for it. My Attorney sent you a letter, and he didn't respond, so my wife didn't me to fight it, but you guys stole our vehicle. 2010 Honda Odyssey touring ( Blue in color ). How do you start a gas engine with propane. If you don't know what you are doing. Then let the customer have the option to take their car to a professional shop. You should find a more professional shop Forman that would keep your shop at all five stars. This guy Mike will eventually run your company into to ground. The reason that you say that these customers aren't your customer, is because Mike is doing shady under the table business behind your back, pocketing your money, such as what he tried with my vehicle and tried to keep me away so that you as the owner wouldn't know what was going on. Keep an eye on this guy, as he will drive your customers away and drive your business into the ground. You can find a better shop Forman that knows how to talk to your clients and actually know what the are doing. If there is major work to be done, they have no clue. Understand that most of your 5 stars are inspect, brakes, and tires.

Highly recommend. Mike diagnosed things, recommended repairs, and saved me money by not charging me for non-needed repairs. Fair , honest, showed me what needed to be done. Repaired in timely fashion, and at a fair price. What more could you ask for ?

Mike was incredibly honest and helpful when I called for a quote about front and brake pads. He really took the time to thoroughly explain how often they need replacing, what is considered “fair pricing,” and how the process works—all without me bringing my car in for inspection. I appreciate his transparency and explanation of how to upkeep my car, and not once did he try to “sell” me anything or pressure me to use their services. It was a refreshing experience and I would definitely recommend this place for their trustworthy people!

5 stars! This place is great! I had to get my tire patched an EVERY PLACE said they can’t do it because of the nail being on the outer of the tire. Came here, very last minute as they were closing and yet they took my car in and got it fixed for ONLY $35!! Ridiculous how low the price was and the staff was very polite and shout out to the front desk lady, she is amazing God Bless! I appreciate the work yall did for me.

The cashier allowed another man without an appointment to cut in front of me while I was waiting for emissions. After another 15 minutes, I was told their machine wasn't working that day and it couldn't be done. This is after making a phone call to confirm it could be done and waiting for 15-20min.

Everything was terrific. I am so grateful to you all for service above and beyond the call of duty to help me get back on the road with tires that wouldn't be dangerous to drive to Pennsylvania on Thursday! When a sports car blasted past me at about 95 mph on 95 North, I realized anew how important it is to have good tires! You all were amazing and I am recommending Merrifield Shell to everyone. I had a deeply frustrating experience at this location. The mechanic used dishonest tactics to scam me, claiming that my car needed unnecessary repairs. They manipulated me by creating a false sense of urgency, using scarcity tactics, and pressuring me into agreeing to expensive services I didn’t need. They even blackmailed me by claiming that my car would be unsafe to drive without these services, which turned out to be completely false. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value your time and money. Totally unethical and untrustworthy.

I'm very impressed with the customer service at this establishment. I needed to get a burnt out brake light replaced, and I wasn't able to take care of it until after work. The mechanics went above and beyond in taking my car to service it a little bit after hours. It was greatly appreciated! 😊 I highly recommend this auto repair shop.
