First off these are great people to work with but I took my vehicle in and after 5 return trips the problem is still there. Its obvious The codes are not leading them to the real problem.

This place is awesome! Merlin's took great care of my car and had it back to me ASAP. One of the things I loved most was their nonstop communication with me about my car’s progress on the phone and text messages. Prices were fair too. The girl working the front desk was so friendly and knowledgeable. I even got to meet the owner who took such great care of my car. Highly recommend this car shop. will definitely be using them for all my car repairs going forward.

It was time for my Equinox to be serviced. The technician noted that my battery was running low. I have always received great service and prompt attention. This was an extra pert that probably kept me from an further worries down the road. I had purchased my battery at a different store. I was provided a status reading of my battery and was able to get a change out since it was under warranty. Thank you MERLIN

First of all I want to say thank you to Angela for being very responsive and for keeping me informed of my status on repairs. They did do the job in a timely manner, and they did it right. Yes I'm giving them four stars because of one thing. I have never been charged a shop fee. In all my life I've never been charged a shop fee, and they charge me a fee I believe of $85. That was an addition to the estimate for the mechanic hours. Charging a shopee and then also charging for the mechanic hours is nickel and diming the customer. Honestly if it wasn't for that fee I would definitely go back there. I am not, that's a ridiculous fee to charge in addition to the mechanic fee.

Merlin Complete Auto Care went above and beyond to repair my car especially having to deal with my Endurance Auto Warranty, who created delays beyond compare. Merlin's mechanic discovered that Pep Boys, where I took my vehicle first actually diagnosed the correct problem (the starter) but after they, Pep Boys did an R&R, they broke something in the starter wiring circuit so guess what the car wouldn't start necessitating that I have it towed to Merlin. Just wanted to add that Pep Boys stated that I needed a new battery which would have to be covered by my pocket book as Endurance doesn't cover batteries. At any rate Merlin jump right in and fixed what Pep Boys broke then Merlin R&R'd the starter and voila, the car works. I don't expect this starter to last long though, it's sounds like the new starter that Endurance sourced came from a junkyard. Why did Endurance source the part? Because they are cheap and would not pay the difference between for the locally available starter. Of course with Endurance sending the wrong part first, it has to be resent and this caused me time money. I want to thank Peo Boys and Endurance for the lessoned earned however. Never again will I use either of these companies. I strongly recommend Merlin Auto Complete Care and I especially want to send a shout out to Arthur ( Merlin's Mechanic) and Angela, Merlin's Service Desk Agent both are great. Thank you, Merlin.

Angela is very nice and efficient at getting scheduling and pricing. Arnold and Roland are so knowledgeable and trustworthy. Their honest and transparent approach was a huge relief after dealing with other mechanics. They only fix what’s needed and don’t charge you for extras... and they have the cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a shop!! Highly recommended.

Merlins auto took care of all my car needs and did it with a perfect turn around time. Had to have my vehicle towed here, and they were able to fully diagnose and fix the issue within two days, so i could get back on the road!! I cant thank the team at Merlins Auto enough for their trust and support, I will definitely be returning.

These guys are the best. I had some intermittent problems that no one else could solve. The price was reasonable, they took less time than I thought they would. They run a very professional operation. Very customer service centered culture. I recommend this shop very highly.

Supper clean, organized, and friendly. I went in for an A/C repair and was in and out 3 hours. They were slammed but the techs still took the time to go over everything. Angela was very helpful with everything and their system for texting the quote was great. Everything was clear and I ended up getting an oil change too. I will be going back.

They fixed my ABS censor, they were very professional, I took it to another auto shop they said they wouldn't fix it, but here they fixed it with some hiccups but still fixed it would recommend.
