This is my second time going to Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati for a 2024 SUV purchased at the end of October. The first time was for the sunroof deflector to be replaced because when I went over bumps there was a noise coming for the roof intermittently. Also, the check engine light came on and I was told I needed a system update. This time I brought my car in because the engine seemed to be making a knocking sound and it sounded loud (they said this is normal) as well as hearing a noise intermittently that sounds like the gas tank cover is loose or something near it when I close the back seat passenger door. Of course, Tom, the service consultant and the repair guy didn’t hear this noise when the vehicle was in their possession. They told me it could have been the hook covers where the base of a car seat is secured since they were in the door cup holder. However, I assured them the sound was not coming from the inside but the outside. They returned my car and I put the hook covers in my armrest. The next day I closed the back door and I heard the noise again so it was not the hook covers making this sound. I plan to contact Mercedes again. However, I want to video tape me closing the door and the sound occurring so they’ll know something is going on. Overall, I’ve been disappointed with this new vehicle. I was extremely excited to get back into a Mercedes Benz for personal use (I have 2 Sprinter vans for a transportation company my husband and I own) since I owned a 2014 C300 and loved it! I recommended Mercedes Benz (especially the Fort Mitchell location) to several people over the years even to my brother who is looking to buy a GLE or GLS. However, these 2 experiences with this new vehicle has caused me to regret trading in my 2019 Audi Q5. I’ve also been thinking that maybe I should have went with an Audi Q7 or 8.

NO STARS! I paid $4000 dollars for a Alternator, battery and Oil filter gasket. It took 5 days to get a loaner and 2 weeks for the work to be done. When I got my car back it would no longer manual shift, would not shift into 7th gear on the highway and would go all the way into 1st gear with a thump when stopping...I no longer have the power I had when entering the expressway, and I can no longer switch to "Sports Mode" by pressing the button. I returned my car, and they performed a 'Transmission flush' at a discount, so I paid an additional $500 dollars. The results were the same, nothing changed but my money. I would not recommend them to anyone. PS. I had to put 1 Star in order to post.

Excellent service. Happy with the reappointment after the inclement weather caused the cancellation of previous one. A little bit of weird thing was that I was allowed to make the very first on-line appointment on the New Year’s Day and then I was called that the dealer was not open on New Year’s.

I really am disappointed with my experience. I have lost trust and faith that work is actually being performed as expected. I took my vehicle to the Cincinnati location for warrantly work to be completed. I waited a month for the part to come in and had to call to check on the status. After scheduling my car for the appointment and waiting several days for pickup, I left work the understanding that work was performed. I only found out that the party had not replaced AFTER taking the car back due to a squealing noise. The representative claimed that a software update fixed the issue. It seems the dealership just bypassed the service code and cleared the dash alert. It was deceptive and never rectified. I have completely lost faith and trust in the dealership and really find it unfortunate that I have to take my car back since I have already prepaid for services.

I recently visited the service department at Mercedes of Cincinnati for my 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE 450's 10,000-mile maintenance. Although the service took longer than anticipated, the team efficiently addressed an unexpected issue with a malfunctioning sensor that I discovered upon bringing my vehicle in. I was particularly impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by Service Representative Ida. Her professionalism, courtesy, and regular updates on the repair status were greatly appreciated. Ida's dedication to ensuring my satisfaction exceeded my expectations, making the overall experience truly outstanding. I’ll definitely comeback and recommend this place to everyone
