Honestly this is a review of the reviews, specifically customer Mrs L Jackson. If I was the owner and read my own reviews, (which is what good mgrs and owners do), I d then reach out to see what the concern/complaints were and find a way to improve on things. But for the owner to "hearsay" sue the poster over a post is sad and pathetic. The big auto manufacturers push their sales staff for "perfect surveys" after the sale and I would just let people do the surveys, the way they should be done. Because if customers are pushed, coerced into giving perfect surveys how will the manufacturers and dealers know what wring and find a solution?? They won't and don't. Surveys show me what wrong and give a sense of direction on how to be a better place overall. Its the big picture. We should all be humble and take the bad surveys and learn from them. I will never go to a shop that doesn't communicate with the customers and read the surveys, and has 4.6 to 5 stars most of which filter out the bad reviews. Its biased rubbish. So that's my 2 cents to the owner/gm of this shop. Thanks.

I have a ‘18 CLA 250 Mercedes and I have been coming here for about two years. I will absolutely never take my car anywhere else! This mechanic really knows his stuff AND he is affordable. I recommend this shop 10/10. You’re getting the same exact service that one would at the dealership but paying half the price! I’ve got my brakes replaced, Service A and Service B.

Best mechanic I've had in 45 years of owning cars. Today he replaced my son's 328i radiator in less than 2 hours and it wasn't even a scheduled appointment. Thank you Mr. Boyke! He knows German vehicles better than I know airplanes.

I have gone to Lukas a few times now with my BMW. We all know these cars are not inexpensive to fix but you will save money over the dealer and get better care all while supporting local business. No pushy tactics for work that is not necessary. Most important though, is the honesty, integrity, and attention to detail Lukas provides. To me, that is what wins my business. You are getting original quality parts not cheap China parts. He is extremely intelligent at what he does and is great at diagnosing the issue. I will continue to have my car serviced by him and will gladly recommend him to anyone...because I trust his work!

In my personal opinion, this business is not meant for the working class. Prices are expensive. $600 for an alternator. Edit: the owner is now trying to sue me over this post.

Lukas is very professional. He always finds time to do the work needed. Lukas always tells you what is wrong and never try’s to do more than what is necessary. I highly recommend using Lukas as your auto mechanic.

My 2013 BMW 528i was showing a warning of drivability issues. One repair shop said that it’s the vanos. Lukas diagnosed it correctly as a turbo issue. He work with the extended warranty company and insisted on using oem parts and not a used one. We also had the engine mounts replaced and lower arm control. The car is running great right now. I will definitely take my car back to Lukas.

My Car started leaking today around noon, and I took it in and the owner found out it was my Radiator and fixed it within 2 hours! This was the fastest repair I’ve ever had and my car runs beautifully! Definitely recommend going to this place!

What a relief to find a competent honest individual to service my SLK. Mercedes service is pricey enough with out being told by the Mercedes Dealership repair service that several things needed repair which I knew was not the case. I am delighted that I found Lukas and will certainly be coming back. A wonderful small business and would highly recommend.

I bought my first BMW early this year and did extensive research when locating the mechanic I wanted to perform work on my vehicle. I found Lukas and couldn’t be happier with the the service, prices and most of all knowledge he brings to the table. Very honest and upfront. Great, honest assessment and advice regarding a repair I needed for my 2012 BMW. Unfortunately my car was already at the dealership before I found Mercedes & BMW Bimmer Repair, given other circumstances I had to move forward with the dealership. Next time something comes up with the car I know I can bring it here.
