Excellent experience! Kind, friendly and timely care. I really enjoyed working with the people at Conoco Care and intend to use them regularly now. Fair pricing, fast work!….. I posted this months ago. I’m am happy to update and report that this continues to be the best hidden gem in memorial. Incredibly welcoming, efficient and affordable work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

If your looking for a full service station that can perform any repairs on your vehicle, weather it's a domestic brand or an import, than look no further than Memorial Conoco! I've had the honor of knowing Mike Balzer for over 15 years, and he has those old fashioned values of putting the customer's needs 1st. I brought my 2023 Charger in for a simple oil change and he had the car checked from top to bottom. He's all about customer service, and that's something that you just don't see much anymore. Weather you need something minor to a major repair I 100% recommend you bring your car to Memorial Conoco. Richard Hueg

It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust. They take the time to get to know their customers and take great care of them. I’m glad to have found them when I moved here away from my mechanic uncle. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Houston 🩵

Mike and his crew are honest, work quickly and treat you like a friend. My tire was blown from hitting debris; could have been towed to a tire co but I know Mike will check on all of my car not just replace the tire that’s wall was blown. Dependable and close to home; lucky to have them here in Memorial.

Not only are they good mechanics but they are good people. My car was leaking fuel. I drove it over there and they told me it was the fuel filter. They charged me a very reasonable price and had me out of there fairly quickly. No more leaking gasoline. I'm happy that's fixed. I also get my inspections done there and they don't try to upsell you on things you know don't need like other places do. Mike and Terri are great. Really nice to talk to. Good mechanics, good people.

Excellent customer service. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and friendly during my visit to get my A/C replaced. I was in and out in one day and he also offered to drop me off at home while i waited and pick me back up after service was complete. A month or so after the work was done he contacted me just to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Now thats what i call customer service. Will definitely be a lifelong customer now and will absolutely recommend. Updated: 10/16/24 Seriously the best shop ever. Mike and his staff are amazing. Went in thinking i needed a costly shock/strut replacement (thanks other mechanic) and ended up being a broken motor mount causing my troubles. Other shop would have absolutely replaced my shocks/struts without me knowing any better. But my gut said "take it to Mike" and so I did and I am so happy about that. I will never take my car anywhere else. Doesnt matter how far away I am. AAA service for sure.

Had my car breakdown just a few blocks away from here. Mike was very helpful on the phone and told me they could take care of my car, even on such a short notice. They had me diagnosed and fixed up in less then a day, made sure to call to let me authorize any work, and it cost me far less then I was expecting. My car works like brand new after they did their work and tuned it up. Would recommend to anyone looking to get good honest work done at a competitive price. Call and ask for Mike, he will take care of you.

I would expect that the service would include airing the tires especially when the inspection showed low tire pressure.

I’ve been going to this establishment for 25 years. Eddie and Mike had and have always been there for me and my family when we needed maintenance or repairs on our cars over the years. Always honest and accommodating….and I will add that Richard is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain repairs and give good advice. No matter the price….the peace of mind that Mike will have your back is worth it.
