I’ve been coming here for years because these guys are honest, fair and FAST!! Kyle, Gene and all of the other technicians are great at what they do. They’ll also offer you complimentary coffee or soda while you’re waiting!!

VERY HONEST AUTO/TRUCK REPAIR SHOP. Gene and Kyle were awesome as usual. Had my car fixed in just a few hours at a very affordable price. The tow truck company they sent me, Superior, was also 5 star within 45 minutes to my house.

Had a good experience at this shop. They swapped tires and tire pressure sensors from the existing wheels on my vehicle to a new set of wheels. The work was performed on time and on budget. And the mechanic took care not to scratch or mar any of the wheels. All at reasonable pricing...

Took my car in twice for different issues and Roger, Gene, and the team provided impeccable service. They are very prompt to provide diagnostic updates and quotes, and always gave honest suggestions on what to do with my car. Though completely unprompted, they even helped me look up warranty coverage for my car and recommended that I take it to a dealership for free service based on the issue they found. As someone who is unfamiliar with these things, I really appreciated them going above and beyond to help me save money even though it could’ve a business opportunity for them. I will continue to come back and highly recommend trusting your car with them.

I am extremely pleased with Memorial Car Care Center. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to educate me. What's more is that they saved me a ton of money by investigating my problem thoroughly with the electrical system in my car. I will be returning here in the future for my automotive repair needs!

I had an incredible experience with this auto shop. After driving into severe rain and flooding from Hurricane Beryl, I towed my car to them at the last minute. Despite the storm causing widespread damage and power outages, the manager, Kyle, and his team took excellent care of my vehicle. They managed to work on it promptly and had it ready within a week—an impressive turnaround time under the circumstances. I can't imagine any other shop in Houston handling it better. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer!

As usual, work was done promptly and met expectations completely. There was a problem that past records regarding a set of tires I had purchased 18 months were missing. Despite that, they accepted my word and provided the complimentary tire rotation that is included in a tire purchase from them. Honorable!

Came in for an inspection and was told the window tint was too dark. Car is 7 years old and has had the same tint from the dealership. Never had an issue with getting an inspection. In fact... last year's inspection was done at, wait for it...Memorial Car Care. Go figure.
