Mel's Bagley Auto Service is the best and most honest mechanic I have ever had. I was telling his secretary, his Sister, that my TV just broke. I was there for an inspection, my brakes went all the way to the floor. They fixed my car and when I went to pay the bill, Butch, the mechanic, told me to put that money toward a TV. Who does that? So if you want excellent service and Honest services, go there. I give them 5 stars if I could, more. I was Blessed when I found Mel's Bagley Auto Service, there Father started the business and when his health wasn't up to par, his daughter and son took over. Their Father is a Kind man also, he passed that down to his Daughter and Son. I have been going there for about 8 years, go there, you can rest at ease whatever needs done, it will be done right and Honestly.

Came here as they were highly recommended . I was not disappointed. Needed inspection and brakes . Done within a couple of hours. Gracie is so nice and pleasant as well. They are nice and I will be coming back in the future .

Took my car here for a state inspection knowing it didn't need anything to pass bc just prior the dealership inspected it as my car was in for a recall. The dealership told me it needed brakes and bulbs which I took care of myself. The dealership is a hour away from me so I took it to Mel's for the sticker. After inspecting it they informed me I needed a new muffler and cv joint to pass inspection. The mechanic gave me a bogus explanation that the muffler had factory holes in it that are now leaking... I was SMH like really dude. The cv joint he said had too much recipricol play, lol I said " isn't a cv joint supposed to have play " it didn't have any cracks in the boot or Grease leaking. I picked it up immediately and scheduled with the dealer where they inspected it today for the 2nd time in a month and found no issues with the muffler or cv joint, my car passed with no issues. Mel bagley is not trustworthy!

I had my vehicle towed to Mel Bagley's on Wednesday because of some automotive issues. I am extremely impressed with the time frame, my vehicle was diagnosed and repaired the next day. Everyone is so polite and professional.I would definitely recommend this business to family, friends, and co-workers. Lastly, I would like to thank Butch, Tracy, Mike and Logan for exceptional and outstanding service!

My car was fixed by someone else and I was having a noise but I needed to lend the car to a friend visiting from out of town in just a few hours. They checked it over thoroughly and discovered the source of the noise wasn't dangerous. At the very last minute when I was really stuck. Great folks. Took just about 15 minutes, but they stayed late and took care of me.

We are so grateful for the service we received here! Tracy was extremely communicative every step of the way in a very stressful time for us...and of course - vehicle issues compound life stress. The mechanics shared honest feedback about my vehicle and did not over charge for services (we have very clearly been overcharged before at other places). In fact, they showed us great kindness when a previous mechanic had done some things wrong...they resolved an issue that was not done by their team and didn't gouge us. Thank you Mel, Tracy and team!

Bagley's Auto Service is the tops in auto repair. It's easy to find (right on horseshoe bend) and they do what needs done and don't do what doesn't need done. Prices are reasonable, and it's pretty easy to get the exact appointment you want if you call about a week in advance. Very HIGHLY recommended. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else!

Went here for my PA inspection. Seems like an honest little shop. They rotated my better tires upfront for free too. Saved me from doing it myself next oil change. Ill be back for my inspection next year.
