I had great service here. You know, as a woman, it is typically difficult to decide where you should go to take care of your car, especially when a lot of auto shops sometimes take advantage of women coming in by themselves. Felipe was very direct and honest About what my car needed, And when I needed to get that done. I appreciated his honesty and truthfulness and will definitely be coming back here

I love coming to this location always neat and clean and snacks are always good. But most of all Felipe is amazing! He listens and communicates every step of the way while my vehicle was being serviced.

Felipe was awesome. This is the best place I’ve ever been to for an oil change. Everything was simple fast and reasonably priced. Every time I go I’m only there for about 15 minutes and then they’re done.

Meineke is the best !!! I needed my car repaired after another company damaged my car by not installing the oil filter correctly & Meineke was AWESOME! They are quick to repair, the communication was amazing, and overall a perfect experience! I will be using Meineke for all of my maintenance issues moving forwards! I called for a quote and was helped by Felipe. When it comes to servicing my car, I get super anxious because I’ve encountered negative experiences from other places. This Meineke location has been my go to. My questions and concerns are answered and I don’t feel no kind of pressure if something needs attention. I went in for an oil change and expected to wait a while. To my surprise, I was out and ready within 25min. Last time, at a dealership, I waited over 3 hours! So, yes I will say I’ve found a place for my car to get serviced with knowledgeable and respectful personnel.

I had a great experience at this Meineke location a couple of weeks ago. What I like the most is the professional/courteous/ thorough communication regarding what was going on with my vehicle and next steps. I received regular texts ( I preferred text communication) regarding updates, and my questions were answered promptly. The owner Felipe was very kind and made me feel like what was going on with my vehicle actually mattered and he genuinely wanted to help. The mechanic got my Ford F-150 up and running in less than 2 days ( I haven’t been able to drive it in months). This location also offers financing options and access to tow service for discounted rate within 5 mile radius. I will continue to bring my vehicle to this location. Thank you to Felipe and his team!

I went here for an alignment check on my truck and was greeted by friendly staff. They explained in detail how good my alignment was and so I was fortunate enough not to need one. I most definitely recommend them to anyone and will go there for future needs.

If I could give them six stars, I would. I came here in 2022 and also this year every time a dealership mechanic said that they couldn’t re-create the problem. They always end up finding everything in the first hour that the first mechanics couldn’t. they explain absolutely everything to you so that you understand everything and they’re not interested in ripping you off. I’ll keep coming here and I wish I could give more reviews with six out of five stars so these guys get more credit for their work

They were careful on the handling of my 2000 Roadtrek 190 Versatile & yet able to change the oil despite its size. They were able to pull over my rewards account while I was there. They topped off windshield fluid & did a check on my system as my check engine light had come on once while climbing a steep incline. Printed the report showing no errors. Highly recommend this team of professionals. We have upgraded to a 2017 LTV Unity. Once again Felipe and team have come through with fantastic service from changing out a battery to Oil changes, etc. Everything done well and timely.
