Took my work van in for service. Meineke was patient with the fleet wheels while they approved the work. I have no complaints. I plan on using them again in the future.

I've been going to the Meineke on Washington and Central for years, but this one is closer to my home and current job so I thought I'd try it, and I'm so glad I did! My favorite thing about my experience is they let me know what was wrong; but didn't immediately push me to get it all done that day! Actually let me know what I needed to fix immediately or if I could wait a month or so - or till my next oil change (incredibly appreciative of that in this economy!) Will 100% be going back!

I feel like I can trust Meineke till today! They do a check on my car and give me a full explanation of what I need Except this time ! I had forgotten to tell the service advisor that my passenger side headlight was out ! Maybe they were extra busy and missed it or checking lights and turn signals are not be part of the inspection I used to go to Valvoline on Central They check headlights Break lights and turn signals as soon as you pull in while you’re still in the car AS A SENIOR IT IMPORTANT TO ME TO KNOW WHEN REPAIRS ARE NEEDED SO I AND OTHERS CAN BE SAFE !!!!

This was my first time going there. Everyone was nice. It was going to take a few hours for them to work on my car. They offered to take me home and pick me up. I thought that was great. I would take my car back to them. They did a good job!

Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. They found transmission fluid that badly needed flushed snd since i was going out of town. Got all three done in about an hr and half. Thanks guys
