I went there to get an oil change. I was given a list of things that needed attention. I approved the items, only to be told by a manager that they didn't have any qualified staff to do it. I ended having to take my vehicle to a certified shop where none of the items listed were of concern for repairs, but there was new oil covering the engine and leaking everywhere. I paid $130(+) for a job that had to be done correctly. I'm so very disappointed of the service that I received and the inability of this shop capability. I will definitely recommend them to any of my family, friends and or business customers. I was charged for something (oil change) that was never completed. Alice Todd

I have trusted the service of Meineke Car Care Center for more then 15 years and multiple vehicles. I have never had an issue with their service and I will continue to use Mieneke moving forward. Jack the service manager has been very helpful to my wife and I. He has gain a repeat customer for as long as we are in the area. I can definitely recommend him and the Meinekee service center.

Jack at Meineke helped me out tremendously! I discovered my car heater wasn’t working and he got me help immediately, and he also went above and beyond. He worked with me and my work schedule and met me at Meineke before they opened and helped me out with getting to work as well. I did have to take in my car a second time as I noticed my heater was still not warming up my car, but Jack got it up and going and my heater now works perfectly.

Very straightforward, and easy process. I was able to also see my car being worked on which made transparency a bonus for this review. I was able to take advantage of the $20.00 coupon discount for my oil change and I was also surprised how I was updated in my car throughout the process and they also have more coupons on their website for even bigger repairs. I'm also planning on coming for preventative maintenance to have my brakes and alternator replaced in my Ford Fiesta because it's getting up there in mile. My only question is if I can provide the type of parts for my brakes and alternator or if Mieneke let's their customers have a say in which parts can be used on the car? Is it only OEM stock parts or can other parts be used per the customers request? Otherwise I fully trust Mieneke with my car repairs going forward in the future. Appreciate the professional customer service at the front office as well.

I came in for a tire repair went to work I drive everywhere for my job come to find out the guy in the shop only put two lug nuts on driving 65 70 mph down highways something wrong here went back there he can't even find my lug nuts to the car he had to put whatever he had on there said they're going to order them for me since this is factoring I bought my car brand new very disappointed in Meinekem

I stopped by during a road trip from Canada when my car started making strange noises, and the air conditioning had stopped working. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. They even let me wait inside with my dog. The prices were great too. I highly recommend them.

Jack and his crew are the absolute best!! They took the best care of my car and my boyfriends car. I wouldn’t go to anyone else, not to mention their prices are a lot cheaper than most places in Wichita. Definitely recommend going to this location!!

Very fast service! I had an alignment done and it was done faster than I thought it would be. Feels great to drive my car again after changing out the tie rods.
