Charged more for windshield wipers than told on the phone saying the coupon was not valid at all stores. Took way too much time at the POS to sell a couple of wiper blades. Installed quickly.

I will never use this facility again. I was told the truck needed $1500 of repairs. While getting an oil change. My garage didn’t have time to look or fix so I agreed. Parts weren’t available so I picked up, took to my mechanic the following week, who SHOWED me that what “needed” to be repaired did not require repairs. Unbelievable!

Meineke on North Webb has been wonderful customer experience for us. Chris, Kyle and their team of mechanics, especially Tom and Brantley are all very courteous and helpful. We have been taking both our cars there for years. Their repairs are reasonably priced and I have never felt pressured to get anything I don’t need or up sold on any repair. In fact, when we recently were evaluating some used cars to purchase, Tom and Brantley took time to test drive them and thoroughly examine both and give us very specific. Feedback on each vehicle. And they did it for free

I have been using this car care center for years and service has always been great. They just got a new manager, who is excellent and helpful, and who even let my 4-year-old choose a new toy car to take home!

Exceptional customer service! The pricing wasn't too bad either. The people in front of me in line were given wonderful customer service and same with the people behind me in line. That is a surefire sign that the customer service is great and consistent! They communicated a lot about my car and its condition. A very great experience!

First time customer, will go back. Lowest price on full synthetic oil (4 quarts) change. I arrived about 5 minutes before the appointment time and they completed the job in a very short time.

4.5 stars. I was happy with the service and the price (w/ $20 off coupon) but there was apparently a miscommunication about the oil filter needed and it didn't get shipped over from another store in time so our vehicle wasn't ready when it was supposed to be, but it only added about 15 mins. Overall, happy with them and will return.

I suggest you take your business elsewhere. ☆☆ Very friendly, but VERY overpriced. Went in for oil change and brake/pads. After running full scan on my vehicle I was told I needed everything under the sun to be replaced and it seemed the only option for parts were the most expensive ones a person could find. Cost me over a thousand dollars for oil change, air filter, and to have my brakes and pads replaced. Two weeks later, I hear a TERRIBLE grinding sound coming from the rear/drivers side of my car. Sounded like metal on metal. I contacted Meineke to fill then in, and took my car to the closest shop available (not Meineke) for fear of driving it too far. It was discovered my caliper bolts were missing. The sound I was hearing was the caliper bracket, rubbing along the inside of my wheel!! I sent all necessary documentation to Meineke (at their request) asking for a refund of the cost for the initial parts and labor as it was not done correctly, and the issue could have potentially caused a major incident. I heard nothing back from them. Nothing. And I'm pretty vertain they have blocked my email correspondence. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. ☆☆

Chris was awesome in helping me with my car repairs! My brakes were going out and he was able to get me in right away, explain the inspection/what they found, then found a way to save me money in the end! Highly recommend and will be back again.

Needed the heater repaired in my Jeep, so I made a reservation at this shop close to my home. The service was high quality, efficient and I was informed of what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way. This location has recently undergone a management change and the manager greeted me personally and shared his vision of what he wants their location to become and encouraged me to call if I had any problems at all. I just found my new neighborhood mechanic! Go visit them today…you’ll be glad you did!

Second visit to this establishment & man they outdid my initial visit! Chris, the front desk gentleman, was a walking holiday. Chris made me feel welcomed & was in good spirits the entire encounter. Meineke was able to get me in & out again in about an hour. A full synthetic oil change with 43-point inspection under $50! Thank you for another pleasurable experience at your place of business guys & gal (Rebecca did an amazing job servicing the vehicle). First time at this auto shop for an oil change. In and out in under an hour. $26.XX with a circular coupon. Aaron was very personable & honest about the findings from the free 43-point inspection included. I would recommend this location from my experience.

Service was outstanding,staff was knowledgeable,friendly and caring. I believe his name was Chris maybe Charles I'm not one who remembers names well but I don't forget a face and he was very thorough,not pushy or shady just a really nice knowledgeable upfront guy. I love the videos of my car showing what was needed,what was done and what should be done as soon as I could get it done with pics showing the issues. Now that's honest upfront service. I highly recommend Meineke to everyone!! Also a special thanks and shout out to the technician who actually worked on my car..you are appreciated for the work and care of my car.

They did a good job fixing my car and giving me info without forcing me to take action and pay above my means. They were honest about the cost and what needed to be fixed. They had to order out for an air filter and got it in less than an hour and had me out of the shop in two with the other problems they were working with, they also gave me a free break inspection and were honest that I didn't need my pads changed. I genuinely felt like they were only charging and offering me relevant services. The gentleman up front, Chris, is such a pleasant person. The customer service from the phone call to the mechanics was just unmatched. I will be using them for my quick fix needs and oil changes going forward. They print out diagnosis and discuss what needs done so you can understand what they need to fix, they even point things out and give you proof of problems, most places just take your money but not here. fantastic crew here thank you guys for your work and God bless you will see ya soon
