If I could leave this store ZERO stars I would. DO NOT go to this location! We took our vehicle in to get serviced for a new battery and alternator. Two days later our vehicle start overheating. Upon further inspection, the lower hose to the transmission had a hole in it which leaked transmission fluid and caused the car to overheat. When Meineke removed and installed the new alternator and battery, they negligently miss placed the hose. The hose was torn and damaged from the pulley for not being placed in the right spot. When we tried taking the vehicle back to the same shop for inspection and repair, they told us that we would need to pay the inspection alone! We decided to purchase our own hose and repair the vehicle ourselves since they weren't willing to take ownership of their mistakes. I have contacted their corporate office TWICE also known as the "Complaint Center" (HOW IRONIC) because it's their responsibility to amend their mistakes! They have informed me that it would take 48 business hours for someone to reach out. Both times, NO ONE had reached out. When I called the second time, they informed me that the purpose of their job was to just submit the call back request and there was no way they could expedite my request although I already contacted once before! I would also like to mention when we tried to pick up our vehicle, they informed us that all the lights on the dashboard are on and they were on when we brought the vehicle in. THOSE LIGHTS WERE NOT ON BEFORE TAKING THE VEHICLE TO THE SHOP. The store manager then continued to argue with us and tell us that those lights were already there. I plan on reporting this to BBB as well... IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN AUTO REPAIR SHOP, DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DO NOT GO TO MEINEKE IF YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE NEGLIGENTLY HANDLED.

Meineke Car Care Center on W 21st St did an exceptional job getting me in the same day I immediately needed an oil change done on my 2007 Chevy Tahoe. Daniel took my call, got me scheduled within 30 mins, and the job was completed within an hour. I opted in to text notifications. I love that they notified me once the job was complete, sent a pic of my vehicle, along with the quoted amount of what was promised when we first scheduled the appointment. They also sent an estimate of any additional repairs that needed to be done for my Tahoe. That is good to know, so no surprises come up and I can get a future appointment scheduled for those repairs soon.

I do not think I'll be going back to Meineke. Although the guy at the front was nice and helpful, I believe they misdiagnosed my van and tried to get me to replace the whole engine. I came in for a repair for a broken valve gasket and some rumbling under the hood. I told them that the rumbling could be timing belt related but they said they'd diagnose for free to find out before doing the valve gasket which I appreciated. Got a call 30 minutes later that it is the engine and not the timing belt and gave me quotes to replace everything. I decided to take it to 2 different shops to get 2nd opinions which I'm glad I did because the first shop was able to diagnose it as a timing belt failure just from hearing the rumble but unfortunately didn't have availability until December. I found another shop that was able to get it in and he said the timing belt was so bad that I got very lucky it didn't break the engine. He said the engine was fine and didn't need replaced, just fixed a few things with the biggest being the timing belt. I wish Meineke would've done a better job at diagnostics instead of rushing to try and replace my whole engine.

Technicians were great,manager seemed like we were an inconvenience and didn’t really want us there, so that’s what I did. We blew out two of our tires on the way to work this morning and I was already having a bad day, his attitude didn’t help.

No. We just had brakes replaced in September. They had to remove the calipers. A month later the caliper lost a screw and it cost us over $300 . I feel the caliper was installed incorrectly.

What I thought was a battery problem ended up being an alternator issue and even tho it got late into the day when I got around to getting the car there they were able to get the work done quickly and get me taken care of that day! Definitely appreciated their efforts!

Worst experience ever had, cost alot and not satisfied with work at all wouldn't recommended to anyone to go there. Feel cheated, lie to and so much more. Lousiest work ever.

The guys are very informative and very helpful. Not only did I get a new car battery and oil change but they went over all upcoming services that are needed and when to do the services. They also told me about my airbag recall and to get my car to the dealership to fix it. Very friendly and helpful guys!
