Tried to close early before I got there, though I had an appointment. Service was fast but probably overpriced. I asked if there was anything else I should look out for, guy said there was a coolant leak but made it seem minor, something I "would need to get checked soon but the car is still very drivable" A month later my engine needed replaced for $6,000 because of said coolant leak. Will not be returning to this or any Meineke location.

We used them though our warranty on our vehicle to replace the engine. They where on it asap calling warranty company and everything. Had it in and out in 3 days. Very Happy with the work. Looks like it was never Touched. We had to take it back because of àn engine rattle. It was a cracked flywheel. They said it was the torque converter bolts loosening that did it and the repair was on them. Never paid a dime. Took 2 days. Great honest place to do buisness with.

I recommend meineke to anybody. They have the best prices and they make sure that what they work on is at 100% satisfaction. Great customer service.

I took my car to the location off of 21st and Garnett; They moved very fast. I went in for something very simple but their diagnostic check is thorough a few other issues were found. The gentleman also explained to me about the various levels and stuff within the situation my car was having which I had no idea of what he was talking about; but .I definitely recommend making an appointment.. Chris was very knowledgeable

Took a used car today for a pre-sale inspection. Inspection was very detailed and they showed me what was wrong with the car. Would have been a first car for my grandson. The mechanic said he would not allow his daughter to drive that car. We ended up not buying it. The inspection was well worth the cost and saved us from buying a lemon.

Took my car with an appointment at 7:30 AM for a new rotor and brakes. The employees didn't even show up until 7:40. I was then told I would receive a call with an update in about 30-40 minutes, which in reality I had to call back 1.5 hours later to receive an update. Including that call, I ended up having to call back three times over the course of seven hours to receive updates on the status of my vehicle. At 12:30 I was told my car would be done before 2:30 so I could make it on time to work. When I got there at 2:30, the associate said that they had been having trouble finding the correct hardware for my brake pads and that my vehicle wasn't yet finished. My vehicle was still in the air with nobody working it and no ETA. I am not thrilled with the lack of service and urgency regarding this experience. With this, I do not recommend this location.
