Beware Tucson these guys are definitely not professional took my car there because drive time recommend them wish I would of never done that should of checked the reviews I would of seen they were a bunch of clowns took my car there for headlight problems instead they do an inspection damage my car during there inspection an didn't even say anything dropped my car off Tues dude said it be done Saturday I called Fri to check up on it Ricky claims it'll be done tomorrow then calls back saying his tech has the day off tomorrow an. Car won't be done now till Monday it wasn't big deal to him but trying having to use lift to get u and your family to were they gotta go is whack u can hear him denting my car in the video but still couldn't tell me I had to find for myself there not professional Tucson please don't go there I will never again almost a 8,000 job an can't even get it done on time there not professional at all calls me Saturday afternoon telling me car will be ready in a hr. I'll give u a call back but dude never called back was lied to by sum kid who thinks he is funny bunch of clowns beware Tucson I don't understand how they can damage my hood then talk bad to me like if I did something wrong there definitely not accountable or responsible couple hundred dollars in damages offered me 75 dollars off my bill an that was doing me a favor just beware Tucson hope these clowns don't mess anyone else car upn

These guys were incredible! Not only did they let me keep my oil change appointment but also worked with me when I forgot my wallet! I have a digital card on my phone that they helped me use and everything went without a hitch. They performed a 100% inspection and topped off the fluids as needed. I am very pleased with the amount of service I received, thanks again gentlemen! I also appreciated seeing you all step up to help that older gentleman locate a shop for a bed liner for his new truck. Assisting that couple from Germany with that Groupon was priceless! Great customer service!!!

Very very bad service. Do not recommend anyone go there. I took my car to replace the alternator which was faulty. They said they are going to do their own diagnostics for 99.99$. In the inspection result they said alternator is faulty (which I already knew) with some other faults like TPMS sensor and other things. They were charging me approximately 700$ (don't remember exact amount). But when I told them Firestone is charging only 530$, they agreed to do it on the same price as Firestone. Then they tell me that while removing the serpentine belt it broke, and the cheaper ones would take 2 more days to reach them. I agreed to them. Next day they call me and told me radiator coolant connection to reservoir is broken and entire radiator has to be replaced for another ~750$. When I asked them how it broke, they told me it was like that when I brought my car. I checked my car by multiple people and places before going there and none of them gave me any issue with the radiator connection. Once I go there, they first told me belt is broken, then radiator connection is broken. Why did not they report it during their diagnostics. What are they doing during this diagnostics. I mean the if the connection is broken when I brought the car, it should have been the first thing they see when they open the hood, because it is right in front of everything. And they are charging three time money than I had to pay if I had gone to Firestone first time. I am totally unsatisfied with the service, not acceptable at al. And when I was talking to the representative over phone regarding this issue, he was so aggressive and did not let me even finish my sentences. I had to tell him to listen to me.

Went in and asked them to look at a specific problem. They said nothing was wrong when there was definitely a problem. Blower fan needed replaced and the blend door was stuck shut, had to be pried open. Had to take it to Honda and spend more money just for them to fix exactly what I told Meineke was wrong. Don’t recommend wasting your money on techs that don’t know what they’re doing or how to diag properly.

By far, one of the best experiences I have ever had with getting needed repairs done at any automotive shop I have been to. The people there are very friendly and helpful and do everything they can to keep costs down on repairs. They also kept me informed on every step along the way.

I only used Meineke because that's where. Carvana sent me. They were unable to repair my vehicle. I brought it in four times and two appointments were canceled because a technician failed to come in that day. They kept getting the wrong parts. They returned my vehicle to me only partially reassembled, including my driver's side seatbelt. They were supposed to fix a lock and they ended up locking a door shut so that the shop who ultimately fixed it had to break the door. Mieneke also ripped my passenger side front seat and damaged my dashboard. Carvana ended up paying a shop of my choosing to complete the repairs. The people who scheduled and ran the shop were polite, which is why they get two stars instead of one.

It was bad service got home with my car heating up no AC freon in my car I paid $200 for free on I will be calling the business bureau on meineke on Oracle in Tucson I am very upset over this.

I came in with no appointment and John was so helpful. He got me in right away and was super friendly. I got my oil changed, a very detailed inspection with pictures and a tire rotation. I am super happy with all the information he provided me about my car and the services it will need in the future. The big thing that won me over... he didn't push me to do things now.
