Every time I go in for an oil change it’s normally $25. I went in 2 days ago and one the employees there randomly threw in a $8 charge. This wasn’t the first time that same employee has tried to over charge me too. I’m just done going here after that and I thought they were the only honest working people in Tucson. Wrong!

Good job. It was a large job to put in my headlight, but they did what they needed and finished the job while I waited. It wasn't cheap, but it was necessary. Thank you, Meineke. I had pack rats and they chewed some wires. One was my horn. I have an older cat that doesn't make the part anymore, so they rewired the horn and now I have a safe feeling, knowing I have a locked car. Thanks Meineke!

I was visiting Tucson after a long road trip and needed an oil change before heading back to Texas. I pulled into Meineke in hope they could work me in. Not only did they get me in immediately, they also rotated my tires and checked my car out thoroughly. I was amazed at the report provided that included high res photos and comments. No pressure to do extra work… just a heads up on things I might want to look into when I got home. I was pleased and impressed by their professionalism and thoroughness. Thanks Meineke!

Highly recommend​!! They are honest and professional. I have been going to this Meineke shop for over a year. They always have my best interests in mind, not overcharge me for unnecessary repairs being a female and a senior.

This place is a SCAM. The quoted me 7K worth of work that should’ve really only been like 2.5k worth of work. I got RAPED for putting in a new transponder and getting a new key had to pay $500 just to find out some bullshit. They hit me with MULTIPLE CHARGES that didn’t make sense, I’ll give you a few examples! they tried to charge me 1210 for a new serpentine belt. I look up the part at the dealer and it was only 60 then when I asked another mechanic how long does it take to replace the belt, he said 30 min!! There no way in hell that it should added up to 1210!!! Another example the tried to charge me 522 to replace my upper and lower radiator hoses, looked up the part at the dealer the hoses were only 80-100 bucks. But that’s not even the scam they put an ADDITIONAL CHARGE of 145 to replace the fluid in my system. They basically double charged me for something they would have to do anyway when they replaced the hoses. These mechanic are full of horse shit. *** UPDATE***** 10/17 It’s been almost 2 WEEKS since this happened, and guess what? My car STILL ISNT FIXED. I PAID $500 for them to fix my key fob and my key STILL DOESNT WORK. All the manager can tell me is he’s sorry and he’s gonna get it fixed. HES BEEN SAYING THAT FOR 2 WEEKS NOW. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP, and I will be reporting them to the attorney general, silver rock and whoever else they have contracts with because THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

First off, took an hour and a half or more to do an oil change, I initially stated that’s all I was there for, staff was very rude and confrontational when I stated I had a prepaid coupon for the oil change. Management stated they would “see if it applied at their location” (even though I had already made 100% sure that it applied at all their locations) and if not they would charge me full price. It’s an extremely common coupon I’ve used at several locations and have never had an issue. Seemed extremely shady and I had stated I shouldn’t have to pay full price because we had already paid online for the discounted rate and that’s what I expected. Management stated “then we just won’t do the oil change if it doesn’t apply”. They reluctantly applied the coupon I had paid for seemingly and management sounded very irritated with the man at the counter after he had applied the paid coupon. Secondly, they tried several times after I made clear we are getting rid of the vehicle soon to upsell more servicing after so called “inspection” was done, even after I had declined all their recommendations on the work order they had sent me, they tried to tell me servicing that I had just gotten done last month by another company needed to be done “immediately”. They persisted even after me stating I had gotten certain servicing done recently. Even if I needed servicing done, with the initial experience with the staff, I wouldn’t have moved forward at this location. I don’t even feel confident that the oil change was even done. Seemed very shady sales wise, and no one looked like they enjoyed working there. Overall pretty bad and awkward experience. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

Have gone down hill quick!!!! Payed for a coolant flush "FLUSH" !!!! I checked it after it was done, and all the tech did was drain the radiator? A flush means you FLUSH the entire system!!! And they scratched drivers door with the lift arm!!! WON'T be going back and I've warned my friends and family. Beware!!! OH and now the manager or owner is calling and harassing me questioning my review!!! I told him if your guys knew what they were doing he wouldn't have this problem. Said he was going to check the video and get back to me in a couple of days and it's been 3 weeks and nothing. Not that I expect him to contact me but i hope he does check the video,he'll find out that what I said is true. Yeah, never got back to me about anything!!!

We had purchased a coupon for an oil change on Groupon, the guy was initially very hesitant on honoring this deal. While my fiancée was waiting for the oil change the manager was consistently talking crap to his employee about us using Groupon, how they aren't making much, try to upsell this guy etc. While I get all of this may be normal, you do not do that when the customer is right there. Along with the high wait time, overall, it was a very unprofessional and awkward experience. We will definitely not be back. I don't even feel confident that they did our oil change at this point.

Had a really great experience with this shop (Broadway & Kolb location). Staff were very friendly and thorough with explanation of repairs. Got two maintenance issues resolved within the same day, and it was relatively within range of my budget. Would recommend going.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR LOCATION. A family member of mine went in for some work done on their vehicle, long story short they told them it would be a certain price but when they returned later that same day to pick it up they brought up a totally different amount and refused to let the car go until some sort of payment was made. I fully believe they intentionally took advantage of this customer because of their age, therefore ending up having to sign up and agree to a payment plan. Employee’s name was ANGELO and when called to report this to the supervisor he was very rude and unwelcoming. Almost implying I was lying and said there was absolutely nothing they could do about it anymore. 0/10 would not recommend. Very bad business. I have went forward with corporate and have yet to receive any action done.

Overall a great experience. They were upfront and honest about work that needed to be done and expenses. I also have a warranty on my vehicle and they went above and beyond to contact them about coverage.

The oil change was done perfectly by using the oil I expected and complete with a Date and Mileage reminder above the dash. There was minimal delay for getting the right oil filter. The expected time frame for completion was one hour. I was waiting and the timing fit in for my next several errands. In the meantime, I was presented with a list of recommendations for more work on my vehicle in the form of a printed page and an email message. The total cost would be just over $2,000. I agreed to the installation of a new battery and was told the battery would be delivered in 30 - 40 minutes. An hour later when I requested the status of the delivery, I was told it was delivered and it is being installed. I asked to see the battery and was shown the old battery and the installation in progress. I was frustrated while the owner acted as though the customer service I received was wonderful. After I paid the bill, I was brushed off while the owner greeted incoming customers and those waiting.
