I absolutely love my local Meineke and have always felt so taken care of - from the front desk associates and their scheduling expertise to the mechanics who always provide full transparency of what my car needs. I never feel pressured or like they’re trying to do more than is necessary - these days, trust in the services you’re getting can be hard to come by. I 100% recommend the Topsham location to any and everyone. For reference, I drive a 2016 BMW and feel so confident in the care that they take with it.

Poor communication and generally disorganized. You won't get updates unless you call them, even after several days of waiting. They claim they only send text updates but those don't come through unless you call and ask for them. Not sure if they're short staffed or just plain struggling. We had to blow up their phone after a week of waiting for a simple fluid change to find out that the car was complete and we had 40 minutes to come get it before they closed up for the week. Not happy at all with this location, definitely a first and last time here; I'd give a star lower but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that they're not normally this disorganized.

Update: When we sent a tow person to the garage to take the car to a competent service place, they told the driver that we never dropped it off with a key which means they lied to us and never looked at it or thought it would be fun to mess with the tow truck guy. A bunch of clowns over here! 🤡 We brought a car here with a flat on 14th and for some reason they weren't open the entire day. Called on Monday to get a new tire on the car and they said they would look at it. On Wednesday we heard nothing, called again and said we would know by the end of the day. We heard nothing and called 10 plus times on thurs/Fri for an update to have to come in on Friday the 20th and tell them to not touch the car and to tow it to a different garage. This was the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a chain garage, whoever is managing this meineke wasted so much of our time and now we won't have a vehicle pre Christmas to see our families. Get new management and hire a receptionist that picks up phone calls and calls people back when they say they will. It's just a flat tire, if we had a donut we would do it ourselves, and it shouldn't be rocket science for a garage to change a single flat tire.

Had a muffler, rest brakes, pinion seal and new exhaust tips. In addition to the work that was excellent the staff was courteous, professional and most importantly, they communicated every step of the way.

Meineke replaced this ball flange at a scheduled appointment. 7.5 hours in the shop, $350.

Purchased a 2012 Kia Soul that had the front struts replaced at this Meineke in July 2022. Just over 2 years later, one was leaking and had to be replaced. Cheap parts, don't recommend.

Had 2 tires put on, oil change, sticker, they found: exhaust patch needed, wipers, control arm loose on drivers side. Ever since my appointment, my tire pressure light has been on; and they supposedly put air in them.

The boys at topsham Meineke has been doing my work for 30 plus years , the boys can do old school work , probably had 10 exhaust systems done,, over the years,, on old muscle , Now Donald is bringing the place to , bring the place up today’s standards, always good work , and on time as a rule , They will change ur oil , and rust proof ur underside of ur vehicles, 🇺🇸🇺🇸

The work on my 2010 Subaru was done well, and the service was courteous. Beyond the planned brake repairs, they found a couple of other looming problems that they were able to correct while they had the car. I will definitely return. Bill

These guys were able to get me in the same day I called! They quickly gave me a quote for the repair and said they could do it while I waited, and then charged me less than what was quoted. Fast, Friendly and Under Budget!

Went here for a wheel alignment. I was told they were unable to do it due to things in the front all bent up and what not. Went to VIP they did it in 45 minutes no problem! Not sure if you guys were trying to get more money out of me for the job..

Easy-going, professional, competent, and accommodating. Had never used them before, but had an unexpected breakdown and they were incredibly helpful in getting me in quickly, as well as working around my schedule to pick it up. Problem was an eats fix and they took care of it immediately. Big fan - they’ve got a new customer.

I called on Wednesday, made an appointment for Thursday and they took less than 45 minutes to complete the inspection. They greeted me when I walked on and were very pleasant. Will go there everytime I need something done.

They replaced my rear pads and rotors. Did an excellent job and considerably less expensive than other places that I checked. I would recommend them to anyone.
