Brought my vehicle in had it towed to the shop, had it for three days for a break issue they could not figure out. Then I had to rent a dolly to tow it to another shop to fix the problem.

Have been coming here for years (we're friends with the prior owners). After they sold store, we kept going there out of loyalty. My wife took vehicle in for an oil change this week. The salesman up front recommended new spark plugs. We just had that store put in spark plugs (60K preventative maintenance) 6 weeks ago. My wife told him as much. He checked the records and saw this. Told her, no, I guess you don't need them. DON'T TRUST THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS. I won't ever go back and I "recommend" you don't either.

I don't know what happened I don't know if this has anything to do with my oil change but when I tried to start my car up this morning it would not start that light was on yesterday that did not go away that said my oil percent was 100% good I was going to call about that but the car ended up not starting. And when I called they said to look at it I would need to bring it in I guess I'll bring it in when I get started.noe I think even more you did something to my car.i had the battery tested and the alternator,they are both fine.i had this car since 2018 and nothing like this ad happened.What did u do toy car..the other review said something about not liking black women could this be the case?

New management again was a surprise--3rd management change since having our three vehicles serviced at this location since 2018. New service adviser, Andy, and lead tech, Mike were welcoming, courteous, and seemed to have my best interest with providing the best bang for my buck. Unfortunately, they were short staffed--maybe that has changed. Took three separate scheduling/rescheduling before I could get my alignment performed. Also had a recommended brake flush--cost more than when done before. My experience at this location was better than a 3 star OK rating--therefore, 4 stars. Hopefully they will get/have required staff to support their workload.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! PROBABLY PREJUDICE AGAINST WOMEN AND BLACKS WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS TO ME??? Im extremely OUTRAGED about my recent visit to MEINEKE. I was CHEATED, LIED to and SCAMMED! I authorized for a repair to the Exhaust Hanger on my 2022 HONDA CIVIC on  12/11/2023 at 11:21 AM. I was told by front staff after a through evaluation that their was a few cars ahead of me and they will call me when it was completed. They were supposed to call that day but u received the call the next day. The same front person staff told that my trunk CAUGHT FIRE and not to worry there was not much damage. I asked how'd that happen and she said that it was an accident. She always evaded the question on HOW it all happened. She said they ordered the damaged part and I should be able to pick up my car the next day. I received the call and Meineke replaced the bottom passenger side Linear. When I arrived , I noticed the top liner was burned, the rest of the bottom linear was stained and my daughters official dance bag has a whitish yellow residue on it. I asked her what is was and she said that it was from the fire extinguishers. She said all you have to donis clean it. I told that the top linear is melted and need to be replaced. She said that no one can see it. Since I can see it inasked her to replace what theyve damaged and to clean up the mess in the trunk. She did get an attitide and she took pictures of it. She demanded i paid them the Subtotal $71.25 and since I wanted my car I.paid Meineke. At this point i didn't want to leave my car with them so i told her when the part comes in i will bring it back for installation. The next day or so she called me and I came for top linear cover. She was adamant that they will not clean the inside of my truck bc of the extinguisher spray I told her that its not fair. A couple weeks went by and I noticed a noise coming from the back of my car . I called her back and she said to take it to the dealer. I told her the honda dealer told me they does not repair this issue. I have n to go to a body shop. Ive gone to at least 11 body shops because none of them wanted to touch, "what another company has messed up" and i've gotten quotes for the discovered WHOLE IN MY TIRE WELL. Thats right MEINEKE LET ME RIDE AWAY WITH A ENTIRE HANDSIZED HOLE THAT THEY BURNED IN MY TIRE WELL. THEY NEVER EVEN TOLD ME. SO HERE IS WHEN IT GETS MORE APALLING. I CALLED CORPORATE AND MADE A REPORT AND LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THESE ISSUES THAT I PAID FOR. I WAS TOLD THEY WILL HAVE MIKE THE MANAGER OF THAT FACILITY TO CALL ME. HE CALLED THE NEXT DAY. HE WAS VERY CAVALIER IN ATTITUDE. HE TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN AND I SAID I REFUSE TO BECAUSE OF THE NASTY ATTITUDES AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. EVEN WORST HE TOLD ME HE WAS THERE WHEN THE FIRE TOOK PLACE AND 🔥 HE SAID EVERYTHING WAS OK BECAUSE THE FIRE WAS PUT OUT. SO I QUESTION HIM ABOUT WHY NOBODY TOLD ME THAT THEY BURNED A WHOLE IN THE THE TIRE WELL OF THIS 2022 VEHICLE OF MINE? CARBON MONOXIDE IS SEEPING IN MY CAR THAT ME AND MY CHILDREN ARE RIDING IN. THE OTHER MANAGER SAID THAT ITS N ONLY A LITTLE BIT OF CARBON MONOXIDE. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUSLY CRAZY !!! ARE THEY SERIOUS??? I have tons of pics and videos!!! WOULD YOU EXPOSE YOUR FAMILY TO THAT SIR??? A LITTLE CARBON MONOXIDE IS NOT OK. I AM CURRENTLY A STAGE 2 CANCER PATIENT. I DO T HAVE TIME TO PLAY WITH MY HEALTH , MY MONEY, MY TIME NOR MY ENERGY. IVE HAD PROCEDURES DONE AND NOW TIME IS FLYING BY. THEY HOPE I JUST GO AWAY BUT I WONT. THIS THEY OWE ME. DONT TRUST MEINEKE THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND I DONT KNOW IF THEY TREATED ME LIKE THIS BECAUSE IM A BLACK WOMAN OR BECAUSE THEY DIDNT THINK ID WRITE THIS LETTER OR COME AFTER THEM. I WILL BE POSTING THI AS LETTER AND MORE ON SOCIAL MEDIA. I WILL LET THE NEWS KNOW ABOUT THIS. EVERY WAY I CAN PROPLE WILL KNOW MEINEKE IS CROOKS.

My favorite place to fix my car is at Meineke located on Dale Mabry and West Sligh . I have using this place since 2010 , I have always fixed my cars there , today june 14 , 2024 , I went there because I had a problem with the wipers and I needed to go to work so I couldn't wait , so I talked to the manager Efrain Medina and he told me not to worry about anything , he went outside and fix my problem in seconds , he is a very kind , decent and professional person, I recommend every one to go there and meet this wonderful man whose only interest in to help the community. I also recommend his mechanics , they are very professionals.

Great people and great service! My dad is out of town and it is hard for me to go back and forth with the mechanics and knowledge, they called my dad they worked with him and helped figure out the best plan for me. Very helpful people! Ethan at the front desk is very respectful and as a female customer didn’t belittle me or my knowledge on cars (like many other places do). They gave me a free estimate and are quick and reliable! 10/10 experience every time.
