I had a great experience at Meineke Ferguson. The technicians were smart, courteous and willing to explain all details. The guy at the desk his name started with a T really made a difference. Not only did he help me but I heard him on the phone. You could hear him help others. He had their best interests, telling them if the car was safe to drive or not yet still letting the customer make a decision without feeling "trapped or pushed" into spending more money. I'll definitely be back to see this team again! Thanks team for all you do!

Close and Honest Repair Shop, I always go back, been going to this location for 10+ years. Only problem is the answering machine System. When I tried to leave a message for them to call me back, the guy was very nice, helpful, but I NEVER GOT A RETURN CALL! So was it a glitch, or did the Shop blow it off?

Fast, reliable service that got me in the same day I called and got me out before needing the vehicle to go to work. Couldn't have asked for better service! Will be going back there for all of my future needs even though there is one closer to my house.

I was traveling for Thanksgiving truck broke down I gave them a call told me to bring it in. I didn’t even have to wait 30 mins for them to tell me problem and they knew exactly what they was talking about . Moral of story my truck running perfect and me and my babies made it back home safe and sound 🙌🏾

Would not go here for a diagnostic. Mis-diagnosed my vehicle for both overheating and starter issues. Told me that my “flywheel” was bent and was causing the starting problems. (Never removed transmission to inspect flywheel) Then told me that my head gasket needed to replaced because I was low on coolant and they didn’t see a leak. Wanted over $4,000 for them to do the work. Ended up just taking the car back because I did not believe them. Paid $200 for the diag just for me to inspect it myself and found the coolant leak coming from the reservoir and only the starter needing replaced due to worn teeth. Replaced both myself and solved both problems. Waste of time and money spent at Meineke!!!! Either they don’t know what they’re talking about or they’re throwing in extra services to make more money. Plus they talk to you like you’re stupid and have no common sense

My car was leaking oil. They found the leak and repaired it. They also discovered a potentially deadly problem with my front axle and repaired it. In addition, all involved are very friendly as well as knowledgeable.

Terrible management, absolutely poor communication on information on my vehicle. Dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 am appointment had to call this shop 3 times to see if they contacted my warranty company on work was told a message was left for warranty company, I called my warranty company 3 times got through right away that day was told by my warranty company they hadn’t received any calls from Meineke went there to find out what the deal was got into a argument with the front desk dude who hollowed and shouted at me very unhappy with this location. Will be contacting the owner of this Auto Shop!!!!!!
