Ray and Z are absolutely wonderful. They handled me with exceptional professionalism. While I was waiting for my Jeep to be serviced, they dealt with a customer complaint with courtesy and respect. Fantastic. Will definitely be coming back to this shop.

Went in to get a nail out my tire and a patch. They tried to tell me it wasn't repairable and my tires are rotten. Tried to sell me new tires and a alignment for $500. My tires are 80 000 mile tires I have only 10000 miles on them. So I went to firestone they fixed and patched my tire. And told me I still have 60000 miles left on my tires. Meinikie workers don't know dirt from a rotten tire. Will never come back to this place again. There totally rip offs. Firestone my only business working on my car again.

Very professional admin and technical team. Reasonable prices for labor rates and parts. They worked seamlessly with my extended warranty company to have all items repaired quickly and efficiently. They followed through what the extended warranty company to complete the claim as quickly as possible. They did a phenomenal job of putting plastic and paper all over the inside of my car to keep it pristine!

I have been going to another location for nearly 20 years now. I went to Meineke since they handle the warranty work for my car. This was my first visit to this location and the service was so good and friendly, I've decided that this is where i will get my oil change and tire rotations going forward. Rae and Zee are the wonderful, knowledgable front desk that any other business could only wish for. Not only did the technician quickly and accurately identify the problem, but Rae advocated for me when the tech found additional issues, obtained the parts and had it fixed up under the warranty. I surely hope they are well compensated for what they bring to table. All you have to do is be nice to these wonderful people and they will return it in kind.

As a female, my experience was great. I didn't feel pressured into services I didn't need or upcharged because I don't know any better and I wasn't talked down to. They provide estimates and detailed pictures of you vehicle and possible problem areas. Very professional and will definitely go back for any other car trouble.

I am very satisfied and impressed with my first visit to Meineke. The manager is very professional and cordial. She explained the diagnoses of my vehicle and what was required. Danzel was polite and attentive both times I came to the business for car service. The second visit he was accompanied by a second coworker ( I didn’t get her name) but she was amazing as well. They both made sure I understood the procedures and made me as comfortable as possible while I waited on the car service to be completed.
