I took my fleet vehicle in for routine maintenance the Monday right after Thanksgiving. There were so many cars and people waiting that I was afraid it was going to take a long time. But they got my car in right at my scheduled appointment. The car ended up needing 2 new tires and wiper blades as well but I was still in and out in an hour. Very surprised and no longer dread having to take my fleet vehicle in for service.

I was charged $92 for a synthetic ol il change and my $20 coupon was not considered and the check engine light did not go out so I need a partial refund to handle the dealer visit and reduce cost to my agreed price of $50

The manager is friendly, but at the same time kind of a jerk. The parking lot is very busy and hard to get in and out of. There is nowhere to actually park your car. I would skip this location and find one that is easier to get in and out of and has friendlier management.

if i could give a 0 i would. i have never been to this business before & never plan on it. i do, however, very rarely go to the in & out next door. he has this wacky sign, that states “customer parking only” - which, i feel like any normal person would think it was in reference to the entire parking lot. well, i was wrong. just barley noticeable in the top left corner it says “meineke” on it. written in sharpie…no “official” sign or notice. when we originally pulled up i even saw someone outside that watched us park & walk inside! we pulled up at 5:45pm they close at 6:00pm. we were done eating back at the car (hooked up to the tow truck btw) at 6:10pm! 10 mins after this place was closed, they’re trying to tow my shit, instead of giving a friendly notice. so i 10/10 do NOT recommend taking you car here. i will be getting more pics & talking to the owner tomorrow. they use wind-n-sea towing & the kid thought he was a hero. telling me im “not cool” & that he “makes more money than me”. he also took photos on his personal phone of my ID & debit card. all in all i will never use either one of these establishments. & will update this as soon as i can! 0 value.

My Porsche 911 needed an oil pan replacement. I took it to Meineke on Damon because they have done my oil changes for many years. They also have a Porsche trained mechanic who enjoys the track as well. They did a great job on the oil pan and also billed me for lower than the original estimate. Very happy with the work and the customer care.

Overall unsatisfied and would definitely give a one star if not for the guy I talked to at the very end. I scheduled an oil change three days in advance. I show up on time for a 3pm appointment to find an absolutely crowded parking lot. For those of you that do not know, this place is CRAMMED into a small lot with an In and out on one side and a car wash/cleaning place on the other. There is ZERO parking. I showed up 15 minutes early and had to actually exit the lot to find a parking place to wait for my appointment. As if that wasn’t enough, when I came back at the top of the hour, I tried to cram my truck into a tight little space so I could go check in to my appointment, only to be met outside and stopped from parking by the manager. He bluntly asked why I was in his parking lot, to which I told him I had an appointment. He had me stay there 70% pulled into a parking spot until he verified the appointment. He then comes back out and tells me that he DOESNT HAVE MY FILTER IN STOCK. I have a 2020 Silverado 1500 and he said that “it was a rare truck in his area” and “he just didn’t have it.” So I left. The only reason I gave this place a two star is because after he told me he didn’t have it, we had a conversation and he seemed like a nice enough guy that I would decently recommend doing business with (other than oil changes) Lastly, I just need to reiterate, I SCHEDULED THIS THREE DAYS IN ADVANCE. To waste my time after having 72 hours to prepare is ridiculous. There should definitely be a system in place that tells an online booker that the parts for a standard procedure are either in stock or out of stock. If you go to this place, beware a tossup of if they’re going to be able to help you or not.

I had to get an oil change and my front control arms replaced on my Subaru and both services were done super fast and efficiently. Plus, I had a Synchrony CC that was having issues processing and the owner Dave was able to work with me in getting the payment to process. There's a great team here and I for sure will be going back!

I called them, got left on forever hold, drove over, and then encountered people who were legitimately bothered that I would even consider doing business with them. In hindsight, it was kinda funny.

I would like to give a huge shot out to the team at this facility, my breaks literally gave out on my vehicle when I was going home on the freeway, I took the first exit and crawled to a stop and it just happen that this shop was 500 fr away from when I parked. I walked in and told them what happened, they took me in and I had my vehicle the next day! Brand new brakes installed on all four corners! I appreciate they service they provided and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get services done on their vehicles.

This place is awesome. I had to get towed to this shop at peak rush hour and i was in and out of this place in about an hour. They’re very kind and take their time to explain everything to me, i definitely recommend this spot.

You wont find a better auto shop in San Diego! Everyone here is so kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to wall me through potential issues with my car and alerted me to a recall that I was unaware of that would cost me thousands of dollars if it wasn’t fixed. Instead of trying to get money out of you, they are truly about helping and providing the best comprehensive service around. I will be telling everyone about this place!
