I thought about doing this, but I felt I had to. When going in I thought I needed an alignment because of my car shaking when braking. Nothing more was asked or told to me about it could maybe be other issues. When driving away when getting on the freeway I immediately noticed my car pulling to the left, which it had not done.They were now closed so next day when I called and got there, I then was being told about other things that could be happening. I said just put it back the way it was. The manager/owner never came to talk to me. They left it to the girl in front, very unprofessional. They did end up putting it back the way it was so it didn't pull to the left, but what did I pay 204.00 dollars for. NOTHING! They should have given me a refund 100% They didn't align it, that wasn't the problem. They made it worse, then put it back. They didn't fix anything else, just told me what else was wrong with my car.Not fair not professional. I don't have 200 dollars to give a mechanic for nothing. I will be reporting to the bbb

Not really great I had to go back so many times for them to fix it. Search around first and do price comparison. Or even have your parts yourself. Parts are being charged alot so get your parts first for your car and then do labor charges.

worst service ever. they do not appreciate veterans how they say. made me walk to the bank for exact change because they didnt want to get change for there register. HORRIBLE SERVICE NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY.

I needed to get my brakes done and they said I had to get an inspection first. I’m thinking it’s an inspection of the breaks but they inspected the whole car and sent me back a long list of alleged things my car needed done. Let them tell it my car was falling apart and on its last mile. If I would have gone ahead and fixed everything I was looking at a minimum of over 6 thousand dollars!! I of course asked why the hell were they inspecting my whole car if I was there for brakes?? After all the time wasted they wanted over 2, 000 for breaks. I asked for my keys back paid their stupid 97.00 dollars for the inspection that I didn’t ask for and left. Took it to a shop on broadway and got my breaks done for 400 dollars. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Total waste of time. Went in at 150pm on 11/8 wanting an alignment, got quoted $200 and roughly 2hr wait. Came back 3 hours later car wasn't even look at, never received a courtesy call saying they were running behind. When my car finally was looked at 5pm, they wanted to do $2500 in work (rack & pinion, control arm , cv axle replacements) absurd. The only thing that would have prevented the alignment was the worn tie rod end. Didn't even bother explaining why they wouldn't do the alignment since your guy already knew I was going to decline all the recommended repairs.

Worst service i have ever encountered! Took my car on a tow truck with a flat they REFUSED to fix, claiming first that my tire had sustained “too much” damage and wasn’t repairable. Then when i told them the tire had not been rolled after the flat, he proceeded to tell me they only worked on “certain” flats and only worked with “certain” materials. All in trying to sell me an overpriced new “set” of tires, cause oh! They only sell pairs (which i understand) but only that part! But the catch?! 2 tires for $1,365.73??! Lol! No chump here! Took my car to Pep Boys, flat fixed for $20!! Still running on the same tire!! Owner's counter... "Fake review". My counter... : As if your shop was that important... Nothing fake about my review. JUST FACTS! You guys are THIEVES!

really nice people my car had the tire pressure light on. and i commute all the way to el cajon so i was worried but all was good they checked everything. Issac was really really cool and nice. definitely coming back for the service.

Today I was at Wal-Mart when I got out a saw one of my tire very low on air. So I went to the meineke. And I ask the person if they patch tires and he said yes. He needed to look at my tire. And he said it gonna cost you $135 dollars to patch your tire about the same price of a new tire. I told him I he could sell me some air and he refused. He told me to go to Walmart and buy some. Very derespecful buy since my tire still had air I went to a tire store at San ysidro and 805 next to a 76 gas station. They charge me only $25 dollars. Big difference and customer service 10 of 10. To bad the treat seniors like that DON'T LIE. I WAS AT YOUR BUSSINESS. DONT SAY THAT I WAS AT WALMART. IM TALKING ABOUT YOU BUSSINESS MEINEKE CAR CARE CENTER

Phenomenal performance and service by the team. They’ve never let me down and are punctual providing accurate information and work. This branch is one of a kind and the new ownership exhibits how a professional auto shop is ran to sustain great relationships with clientele and new customers alike. Would recommend this shop if you are in need of service.

Went for estimate on brakes. They did complete review of vehicle and found several other issues that should be taken care of (charged $92 for this, would be deducted from bill if work authorized). Was very happy with their extensive review. Had to do my "do diligence " and went to another shop for same estimate and review. They also found the same issues. Unfortunately the second shop was $800 less for all the work to be done. I think you know what I did. Overall the Menieke guys were very nice and professional they did a great detailed job on the review of issues and were pretty fast. Would use them in future for minor work.

My truck had intermittent electrical issues other shops were not able to fix. I also had water leaking inside the cab others weren’t able to fix either. These guys were able to identify and fix both problems quickly.

Not very communicative and informative. I gain more information regarding services from the website than in person even after I was asked if it was my first time there. Overall I got my oil changed with no issue but was not impresses with the friendliness and service.
