Took it in for an oil leak and they told me everything that needs to be fixed but nothing abt the oil leak. I wouldn’t come here tbh, tried to upsale me and would not recommend to anyone.

Went for inspection for my girlfriends car and got it done in a timely fasion and justin was super helpful booking an appointment and helped on where to get parts to pass inspection and other parts helped out alot !!

Update- November 2024 The team at Meineke did it again! Heard a sound my guy took it in and WOW! We could have had so many problems on the road. They replaced Lug nuts and complete brake job. Thanks again! Mike was great! The tech, T. was great! From the inspection report, to fixing the issues this shop was Great! They did the work in an amazing time and the truck runs so well!

This place is the WORST! I'll NEVER return here! The guy failed my vehicle for having HID bulbs during my annual inspection! I was so piss'd, but I knew I couldn't do anything about it! So I went to my usual inspection place - and PASSED! Meineke sucks! NEVER will I return...I should've just gone to my usual place! I learned that day, 2listen to my 1st voice! 🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

I went for a brake pads change, and was shown that the pads were actually que new. The technician took time to show me what to look for. Nothing like the Mazda place Google swnt me to before. I was squeezed in for a next day appointment on the 24th of December! Everyone was professional, yet took time to explain things. Totally best place found. Will definitely depend on them to take care of my vehicle!!!

I've been a Meineke customer for quite a few years. They've always given me great service and never tried to oversell me. Only performing the service I actually needed. All work was done in a timely manner and I was fully satisfied with their work. I've been so happy with them, I now have my daughter taking her car to a Meineke shop...with the same results.

Always super friendly, and they take the time to explain why they recommend service and not just a guilt-trip upsale that other shops do. If you want it done, they’ll do it. If not no problem! I have a vehicle that is kind of unique and parts aren’t usually in stock so when they need to order something the staff shops for items at different places and gets the best deal for you. Awesome!!

Finding a mechanic is hard. I exclusively go here. They have treated me well, worked with me on pricing, and as far as I can tell always been honest. I am always checking. It is very easy for a garage to turn untrustworthy. When I no longer come here as my first pick I will update, but for now I am a loyal customer.

Great employees (Justin & Mike) are great. The repairs are as advertised and professionally completed. They do need to work on holding their suppliers accountable. Supplier delivered wrong part and I sat there for over 3 hours waiting on the Supplier to return and delever the correct part.

I go here for most things now. Price is often cheaper, and when it isn’t, it seems like a better product than what I got elsewhere. Also seem honest and will give me a decent idea of what repairs need to happen now and which can wait a little or a lot longer.

Mike was amazing no complaints about him but the price wasn't right...told me 477 total for ac and with fees it just kept going up and up...ended up being 650...Mike was awesome...but Maybe meineke needs to explain more on the total so there's no surprises.

The air conditioner was blowing warm air. Meineke charged me $500 and the AC was still broken. They asked for an additional $1500 by saying that it was caused by the evaporator core. I took it to another mechanic and they fixed my AC for $161 (bad valves in the AC lines.) This Meineke is either incompetent or they are thieves... Both scenarios warrant a 1 star rating.

This is my second visit to the Bandera location and once again, I received service with a smile. With a clean waiting room, no wait time, and impeccable workmanship....what else could one ask for? This is definitely my go to place for auto service! I'll be back!!!!!
