I have a very pleased with the quality of work they did on my car. I had an accident and 2 tires on my car blew out. My car drives better now but han it did. I will definitely go back because of the care with my car and ALL employees were top notch. I wish I knew about them sooner.

Came in for an oil change and they said they found a bad radiator. I said okay no problem, let's get the work done. However, after I picked it up, I had to take it back a total of 2 different times because during the process of my radiator being fixed, I guess they messed up my ac compressor, and when I took it back to get that done they messed up my radiator hose, it was sliced and the fluid was spraying all over my belts. So now I still need to get my belts replaced and I'm 1200 down the drain. They did not charge me for the 2nd two things, because they said it happened on their watch and they'd fix it for free. So that's a good thing they did. Only thing they offer is great customer service, people are very friendly there, I will give them that and the guy at the front desk gave me a discount on my headlight on the final time I picked my car up because they did it for me but I didn't have the full amount and he cut me some slack. So, weigh your options, people🤷🏽‍♀️

First time to take any car to them. Other places I called did not carry the Freon I needed. After they diagnosed a blown condenser and it was fixed we were very pleased with the work done. Showed us pictures and we go back in a week to recheck the car. It was a good experience

Compliments to Daniel, and his staff on the integrity and honesty of this Meineke franchisee! A month ago there had been a repair on my vehicle. Now I feared another repair was needed to address an oil leak. The staff at Meineke, carefully and tediously inspected the problem, and discovered that the problem was due to a mistake in their earlier repair. It would have been so easy for them not to admit the true problem, and do a related repair, which I was willing to authorize; and then charge me full price for it, (perhaps even clandestinely fixing the real problem on the side). Instead, Daniel and his technicians carefully analyzed, and acknowledged the real problem, and corrected it, at no expense to me!! Again, it would have been a great temptation for some mechanics to have kept me in the dark, and charged me for a 2nd costly repair. I can only applaud Daniel and his staff for their thorough and honest service, and hope other customers will place their trust and vehicles into their competent hands.

I originally found this store as my car was literally dying in the street on me, and they were the nearest decent rated store who answered their phone. That time, they treated me well even as I was visibly stressed when I first went to them. I live on fixed income due to some major medical issues and so usually would shop around but they made things easy and so I came out of pocket for an expense I didn’t plan for, and they were great in understanding as well as communication and the repair itself. Upon needing to warranty out their part some time later, I was met with a two man team, one of whom had been part of who helped out before, but also, a ton of miscommunication about time, price, and a general “I could care less” attitude after I impressed upon him that the feeling I was getting was that I was being nickeled and dimed and was already out of pocket for a rental and now extended rental so could I get 1. them to figure out allll the stuff I’d need and 2. a firm timeframe, because my health didn’t need the stress of uncertainty when originally when I dropped it I was told “yes it’s our part we’ll be happy to honor our warranty”. Rather than advocating for myself I could have been that angry/curses them out customer, OR the victim who gets blamey and cuts communication only to toe my car elsewhere at that point. So to be met with apathy, when what I had expected to be free replacement out of my pocket plus cost of an oil change turned into $1500+ piece by piece and over days’ of time from initial estimate? Yes, I expect better service, so will be taking my car elsewhere, even if it means to maintain that history of relationship for the basics (oil, tires, etc) costs me more. You really do get what you pay for I guess.
