The staff is always friendly and professional. On my last visit they went out of their way to prioritize the needed repairs for my car and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for the work to be completed. I've never had a bad experience at this shop.

!!!SCAM ALERTS!!! This Shop Charged me $2100 For Full Brakes Maintenance ( NEW PADS/ROTORS/FULL SERVICES on 04/11/2024, for it to last only 9 months later (18Kmiles later). My Brakes Totally messed up, rotors scratches pads are gone, remove the wheel to check and it looks like this are NOT NEW ROTORS like what the Invoice said. Brought the Van Back to the shop and they denied to responsible for this, we ask them what brand did they use for Pads and Rotors and they said they don't know the Brand and refuse to fix. From the outside this shop looks very professional but the work they offer is FRAUD. $2100 services with no responsibility at all. Using bad parts and throw client under the bus. UNEXCEPTABLE!. We will report this to State of California Bureau of Automotive Repair as SCAM/FRAUD.

Fraud/Bad Service. Sell/Provide low quality bad car parts and charged for high prices, SCAM Customer for Good, And the parts that installed to my Vehicle doesn't not last. Broke down really quick, less than 6 months. Beware and don't come to this place for service. They will rip you off.

The previous manager Sean was great. This new guy Jack is truly awful. Overheard him talking down to employees and watched him talk down about his employee to a customer. When I tried to let him know that's not professional behavior and customers don't appreciate it he got defensive and yelled at me on my way out that it's "HIS WAY OR THE HIGHWAY". Honestly his staff deserves waaaay better than this. Won't be back!

These guys have always done right by me. You call them for updates, they'll always keep you in the loop. Don't know much about cars, have a million dumb questions, they'll stay patient with you. Without saying too much, I've seen them do a lot of extra stuff behind the scenes without patting themselves on the back over it, or even mentioning it sometimes. If that's not integrity, I don't know what is. Special shout-out to Xavier and Corey, (I'm bad with names, sorry if I got it wrong, folks) but everyone I've spoken to here is someone I'd sit down and have a beer with.

I had an oil change in Vegas center and drove to riverside. Noticed oil was leaking. I brought it in and explained. Jack did not even hesitate. Said we will take care of you. They replaced the faulty plug the other station had put in and topped off my iol. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Update from my previous review. My check engine light came on again I took my car for a second opinion to another mechanic. Meinekee mechanic left the old solenoid in my passenger side of my car. The new solenoid part they put in my car was detective. The other Mechanic shop tested my old solenoid there was nothing wrong with it. Also, I didn't need the new intake manifold. On August 2nd I tried to speak to the manager to ask for my old parts back. The manager Cory told me they were thrown away. I tried to speak to Jack the owner but he was not there. I asked the manager to call Jack to speak to him. Cory called Jack the owner he raised his voice at us on the phone when asking him questions. Jack hung up the phone on me. I tried to speak to the manager Cory but he walked away manager left me in the waiting area I will never go back there.

We were traveling on vacation far away from home when our Check Engine light came on. Fortunately we were able to stop by Meineke, and Corey along with several others were able to diagnose the problem, and get it taken care of for us. And got us back on the road again, and our car has ran perfect! We highly recommend Meineke, thank you Corey!
