Came in for an oil change and tire rotation after scheduling online, which was so convenient. The techs that helped me out, Joe and Shye were so friendly and explained everything to me. I was able to use a coupon, and they did a fantastic job! Sent me a vehicle inspection which I was able to review easily on my phone, all around a great experience and will definitely be returning!

Went in for an inspection and the person that helped me was just rude from the start. Vice just doing the state inspection they wanted to inspect ever inch of the vehicle so that they could upsell me. Needless to say will never trust this company again. Shady shady business practices.

Horrible experience. My day was going well until coming here. I witness 3 other customers get services in front of me. One lady and man came in with an older car and they were willing to do mechanical work since Bill Talley across street didnt have the correct tools but when it came to my car they didnt care. Felt like they pick n choice the race in here. When I asked the overall price to get my car fixed I wasn't given an estimate in written to reflect charges. I was willing to pay however needed it in writing. I think they make up prices as they go and even heard a staff say "the price change daily. ". I don't feel like I was treated with good customers service and when I asked for a day to come back to get my car worked on I was never given a day and time. I spent over 2 hours here for an inspection just for them to waste my time. I got a rejection sticker that later came off driving up street and when made aware was told i need contact state police. The manager heard me say i had an appointment the next day in Mechanicsville and did it be nasty. How you not willing to correct the problem if a person willing to pay? However im still going and got 15 days. My first and last time. I'll spend my money elsewhere. They try to give rejection stickers that fall off so you can get a ticket. Rather than fixing issue for the customers.

I went in because my 2004 Hummer H2 engine light came on. I had no driving issues but I was charged over $800 for test & spark plugs!! (In which my engine light did go off after they replaced my plugs). But I was told that it could come back on because I’m going to need my catalytic converter replaced. So I asked how much would that be & they told me over $10,000!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I gave 2 stars because they send you details pics of your vehicle, but their prices are ridiculous… The rep Bob was cool though, but I don’t see myself returning….

Service was awesome!! Bobby gave me information on services to better take care of my car for example putting injector cleaner in my tank. Did not receive good service with Pep boys so Meineke will be my go to auto shop for now on which is located on Lebernaum Ave in Richmond VA.! Thank you Meineke!!!!!

I just needed a front end alignment however I got a list of things wrong with the car that’s 3300 something like that lol but that’s no problem but they showed no since of care and then i asked to take a picture of my total in case I was to bring it back and let them fix and Tom told me no it’s in my text messages but it’s not lol it’s just everything that’s wrong. Females go with a man please never by yourself.

Wanted to charge me 137.00 to change one spark plug that I couldn't reach. (One plug)
