A rip off and they will tear your car up rather then tell you they don't know how to fix it. Then once they mess your car up they tell you. "O we not given no refund..Take my advice and run.like hell

Car was not starting without a jump start. I guessed it was a dead battery. So needed a check and possibly battery replaced. Was able to take car in the same day. Good communication by Keith. Got done in about 1 hr. 4-star because they didn’t check anything else other than replacing the battery based on my guess. I requested to check for other causes for the car trouble but was told to bring back the car if still having problems. Car is doing well so far so my guess was correct but would have appreciated some technician feedback on what else could have been the cause and if battery was truly dead.

Excellent service. Good communication. Well done. 10/2020 So, this team worked on my jeep. Next day, jeep did not start. Mgr. Keith said tow it here, no charge. They worked Saturday, fixed my jeep, and I wish to thank the Meineke team and Keith for a job well done. Check out the mileage!! 300k and going strong! 7/6/21 Got my inspection done w/ Meineke Car Ctr. Once again thx to Keith and his resilient staff. Professional, and helpful. Hat. Now 2023. 313,000 miles on my 96 jeep. Thx to Meineke they keep me rolling. Now 2024. These dedicated technicians and Mr. Keith, have kept my jeep( Gloria) running to the tune of 325,000 miles. I'm sure I'll get to 400,000 easy. Again I can't thank Rob and the crew to commit to keeping my mom going. Thank you Mides. And my mom thanks you. Keep up the great work!!

So I'm cruising down 95 South two Saturday mornings ago about 70 mph when all of a sudden I feel my steering tighten up dashboard lights come on but they're dim, car is gradually losing power as I am crossing lanes to get to the shoulder. Not the most fun I've ever had. So I jumped on my phone looked for a local garage. The Meineke garage on Parham road came up had a 4.6 rating, called them up, gentleman answered the phone. I believe his name is Keith. I think he's the manager. Listened to what had happened to me. Mind you this was a Saturday morning. Other places in the area were closed. The shop was busy so they didn't have to take me in, but I greatly appreciate them doing so and the professionalism and courtesy. I would five star (or more) recommend this garage to anybody. I got my vehicle repaired (alternator, battery), got me back on the road even though I was fully expecting to be spending an evening in Richmond in a hotel somewhere, as I'm from Alexandria. Keith and his crew did a great job, and I'm very appreciative. Sitting on the side of 95 South with passing vehicles seemingly auditioning for NASCAR is no joke.

This was my first time at this location, but it won’t be the last. Absolutely fantastic customer service! Very welcoming and patient with you. And they get the job done right and much quicker than other shops I’ve gone to. Well deserved 5 stars

Meineke car care center on Parham Rd is awesome. They looked out for me when I didn't know my husband key were in my car that I asked them to lock. I couldn't be there to meet the locksmith they I called and they got my keys for me. They wasn't a part of their job. They definitely did a great job on my car, it drives like it did when I bought, maybe better. That's the place to go for your car care needs. Everyone who works there have great personalities

This time I felt I wasn't listened to. The problem continues after I brought up a concern. Ended up having it confirmed 2 days later with visual proof from a different mechanic. What we mentioned he (second opinion) confirmed as being the problem. More recently vehicle was failed at inspection, once again felt suspicious. Used another local mechanic. And was told the FAILED inspection was bogus. Will NOT be returning.

I’ve lived in many different towns and been to many mechanics. I’m always glad when I live near a Meineke location, and this location seems like a winner. Facility looks nice, the staff are friendly & straight forward, and I know a professional/warrantied job is getting done for the right price.

This is one of the most nicest place to go and get your car fixed front desk management is outstanding very polite and courteous never had a bad experience at Meineke and will always take my car to Meineke thank you for your service oh and also the crew that works on a cars or just super Dynamite kudos to them

Was a walk in, and was able to get an oil change and state inspection. I was greeted accordingly, the wait was not long at all. I will definitely return should I have any car issues in the future.

I am new to this area and l had a great experience in taking my car to Meineke. The problem with the car turned out to be one that no one else could find. My car battery kept getting drained. The battery was new and the alternator was showing that it was getting the charge. It turned out to be the trunk door latch messed up the electrical system. They found and fixed the problem. When you need car repair l Highly recommend Meinke on Route 1 Brooke Rd. Glen Allen VA.
